First, I would like to thank all who voted in this election. It was amazing for me to see the sheer number of votes that came in over the past week, over the course of 5 years and 21 elections i have never seen so many votes.
I would also like to thank Saint indopeland for his work in the region and entrusting me with running the New World Union Chronicle over the past month. He did a great job as Delegate and I would like to ask, are you up for another round in September?
As for me, I shall begin working on the first Opinion poll and i hope to see many votes. My cabinet is being worked on and my intention is to leave it the same with the exeption of adding Sernatiao as Defense minister, and of course the Vice Delegate change. Again thank you all for Voting Amaabj

My hope is that it is 1 or 4 however Unoivia's first question result might answer it or Unovia himself could answer it through what people voted when to prove either of those theories.
Myself i think number 1 is the most likely with number 2 the least likely.

As a person who watched the polls vigorously, the more active Nations voted first. The ones who are regularly on the ball, answering quickly. They were more likely to vote for Saint.
The less active ones voted later and were more likely to vote Amaabj.
The preference vote bears this out.
