Ah. Yeah, I've had problems like that too, with curfew and conscription. I've had the chance to repeal conscription before, but I know the effects are going to sink me. If I remove curfew, it's definitely going to make crime shoot up.

It's all a double-edged sword. The only reason I got conscription in the first place is because I opted to conscript orphans and orphans alone, and the only reason I got curfew in the first place is because there was extreme gang violence or something to that effect. A bit unfortunate, but I suppose that's all by design.

I avoid dismissing issues and try to select an option that i can be content with. Most of them are the same level of crazy, just different extremes. Or otherwise decent answers that have one big problem inbeded. Rigth now im trying to get my economy up, i recently got my healthcare better but since i banned gambling my economy hasnt been the same.

One thing I've learned is that dismissing issues is absolutely necessary. The more issues you answer, the more your nation will suffer tax wise and government size wise. Like if there's a stupid issue like people asking what clothes your leader should wear, I dismiss it. That has nothing to do with real national issues. Or if there's an issue about Vendellamooreans in other countries who broke laws and went to jail, and the only options are "Let's blow up the country!!" or "Let's ban our people from leaving!!!" or "Forget those losers!!!" I just dismiss it.

It's actually mostly due to a major update they did a few years ago that adjusted everyone's stats, but it seemingly didn't know what make of this nation and made it a bundle of bizarre contradictions. I flagged the issue with a moderator and they intervened to make it a lot less weird, but still pretty weird. I used to have 100% private and it made it 100% public, for one.
