This nation was in a batch of puppets that I accidentally allowed to CTE, and when I noticed that fact I also noticed that my only copies of its flag were on a memory stick that had recently also ceased to function so I held off on reviving the nation for a while with the intention of re-creating the flag first: Anyway, here's the nation now.... and the custom flag will probably follow eventually...
