My Founder account has ceased to exist. While I can easily revive it, this is a symbolic marker that I need to put a long-overdue reform into order.

I resign as Founder of The Great Experiment. Except for Section 3, Regional Communications Rules, the Constitution of The Great Experiment and all laws enacted under it are hereby void, as it was legally backed by my authority.

I will allow a period of seven days for the people to elect a World Assembly Delegate. This Delegate will be expected to listen to the people. If there is sufficient demand and activity for democratic government to be formed, the Delegate must administer elections. Otherwise, the Delegate may rule as President. The Delegate may choose to restore any or all of the current Constitution as they wish, or they can allow for the passage of a new governing document.

From here on out, the Holy Empire of Loaf will only intervene in regional governance in the event of a raid or blatant and oppressive misconduct by the Delegate. For all other purposes, the Delegate will take over my responsibilities as Founder. If the Delegate wishes to resign, they must identify a successor and ensure the successor has sufficient endorsements before resigning from the WA.

I've enjoyed my long run as Founder of this region, but my time is overdue. I decided to stop running elections as it didn't seem worth it anymore, and I've been decoupled from regional affairs for too long to continue to be involved in it. I'll continue to own the Discord server and be around here. I may revive my NationStates nation, but not until later. I really do like this region, but it's time for someone else to take the reins on NationStates.

And finally, I always thought long "I'm quitting" messages were sort of self-indulgent, but I felt I should lay out what's going to happen next. Thanks, TGE - I have faith you'll be able to form a new, stronger regional administration.
