Heyyyyyyy :D
It's been ages since I come here :P
Nobody likes seeing a leader pass away, but sadly here in Yellow Dragon Hub, we have lost Patricia on an abroad march for a civil rights speech and now we have to replace her as quickly as we can so we can get back to normal business. We made a short bulletin update and a poll for the snap election.
With no body of her found, a private funeral is in effect throughout the island chain with total silence, radio outlets being shut off for the whole day, and then there might be a snap election for replacement. Whenever a leader dies during the term, someone needs to be replaced as quickly as within a week instead of an entire month, in a traditional first past the post system.
It is only a matter of time before the Rebel Academy will rise up again simply to try again, but who knows is up to the next leader's series of decisions. The first term's 8 goals from Patricia remain in effect until the end of this term.
Here are only three candidates for replacement, we usually pick five, but in this situation, we go for 3:
The poll is up now, too:
We're just coming here to check on the health of your citizens in this sector, there is no need to fear.

I've been learning Latin by reading LINGVA LATINA by Orberg. It's a really good book and I feel like I'm learning the language well. There's no English in it and it uses context to teach Latin. I never thought a book like this existed. I know Spanish so there's words that are familiar but it's still really different. Its case system is interesting. Latin is highly inflected. That means the endings of most words change based on their grammatical function.
My big goals with Latin are to read a lot of literature like Cicero and Virgil and to eventually write my factbooks in Latin. :D Although I don't expect to have them done for like 2+ years.
Anyone learning a language? What's it like?
