Speaking RP wise, you have big SA difference between you two so it's not a very valid argument

During periods of inactivity within RP it will be 3 months IRL.

AI Nations:

PLEASE POST RP ON THE FORUM!

Note: If you telegram or Ping me on discord, Please say what land you want instead of being vague and saying you just want land
And if you are expanding, Please RP getting the land unless your claiming land for the first time aka founding your nation in rp.

The map will be updated every 1 to 2 weeks

Oh and perhaps read this if you are new to RP
How to Avoid Being a Novice (A Help Guide for New Players)

2nd Note: Land can be co-owned and disputed, both forms of land involve the nations colours either in a horizontal or diagonal line.
Disputed land is both nations colours in diagonal lines. Co-owned land is both nations colours in a horizontal line.

3rd Note: Please use LinkThis to calculate stats such as Army Size, Government Budget And other stats for rp
alongside using NS stats on their own, just quick search your own nation.

Roleplay Rules:

1: No godmodding.

Godmodding is the act of being essentially invincible, winning every battle, or making tech your nation can't possibly make in rp, Some examples of godmodding would be as follows

New United Common-lands wrote:Person A: 1 Million troops turn up to the battle with tanks! The tide is turning!

Ardeyn wrote:What? I have coastal defences that I've been building for years preventing reinforcements from sea and air superiority, Along with your army being encircled plus your army doesn't even have 1 million men, How would 1 million troops suddenly turn up without being detected and destroyed?

New United Common-lands wrote:Shut up, my troops are already there!

New United Common-lands wrote:I send X Amount of tanks to [CITY A] and capture the city!

New United Common-lands wrote:I send X Amount of infantry to [CITY B] defeating all resistance and taking it!

Ardeyn wrote:you cant claim you took the cities.. I haven't responded yet

New United Common-lands wrote:Shut up

These conversations are purely fictional
don't worry
The New United Common-lands is not nearly that rude

2: No meta-gaming.

Meta-gaming is the act of using OOC (Out Of Character) Knowledge to benefit IC (In Character)
This could generally be someone discussing a plan they have for rp OOC then saying you know about the entire plan IC.

3: No land-grabbing.

Land-grabbing is simply getting land for the sake of having land, Instead of having an actual reason. For instance The UK or any other nation just invading a nation like France just to get land and no other reason.

4: Nuke Restrictions.

First off, you can only nuke if you have the policy that says your nation claims the legal right to have wmds, This is obvious. Don't Use Nukes immediately, for example if you declare war on a nation, Don't use nukes immediately, instead wait a few days or until the Main part of the war to try and nuke, And use nukes more of as a last ditch effort, for example if You're losing and want to weaken the opponent one final time or if you're winning and want to get them out of the way as fast as possible since they are mostly destroyed, and finally try make deals with the nations ur at war with to not destroy the planet, IE, not use nukes.

5: No Controlling Other People's Characters.

This is pretty simple as well, You can't go around saying what other people's characters or leaders do unless the person allows you to do so.

6: Lose Properly.

It doesn't matter how powerful you are, You aren't superman, You can't win every time, you are going to lose eventually, Whether it be a minor fight or a battle that will decide the fate of a war, Don't act like you can win every battle. you will lose eventually.

7: RP Admin / Cartographer Has Final Say.

Rp Admins and cartographers have final say, They are the ones to make sure rp is fun and fair.

8: No Claiming Land on Planets that don't have Maps.

This is pretty simple as well, You can't go around claiming land on planets that don't even have maps; the exception to this is mercury, Venus, The moon and mars, You may only claim a small portion of these planets, Up to 20%, but on the moon only 15%, you may also still get resources from these planets

9: No Super imperialism.

This is also pretty simple, "Super Imperialism" can be defined as somebody controlling an entire continent, planet or moon all by themselves, this is simply not allowed and will be met with punishment.

10: Inactivity.

Reasonable Excuse - What an RP Admin, DMoC, or MoC determines to be a good excuse.
Inactivity - A period of 3 or more days where the nation has not logged on to NS

1. If a nation with claimed land is inactive, their land will not be revoked, unless they CTE.
a. If the nation is in vacation mode, their land is given up after 30 days, around the time they would CTE regularly, unless they return back before they CTE and give a reasonable explanation.

2. However, if a nation is in a state of war (and they acknowledge such war or are active during this state) and refuse to respond to war rp or become inactive during this time, they are automatically conquered after a 7 day period.
a. This is to prevent nations just ghosting others so they can’t be taken over. The acquisition of their land is seen as a consequence of ghosting, but, for example, if life takes over or something major happens in your life, and you are able to explain this and continue on with the war after, you land is given back.

3. Inactive nations can be seen as roadblocks to the rest of the world, and other nations may want to conquer their land. If Nation A enters a state of war with Nation B, who is inactive, Nation A is unable to attack Nation B.
a. It is taken to note that nations may abuse this to protect themselves, thus, after 20 days of war, the nation is conquered completely.
b. If a nation returns before CTEing and after the 20 day period, and they provide a reasonable excuse, they’re land is given back, but they are still at war, and this time it will be a 7 day period of inactivity.
c. A nation must know war is happening, and if they are active after or before the 20 days, and, for example, Nation A quoted a message or mentioned Nation B in a post before their return, it is automatically assumed they know they are at war once they return from inactivity

11: Factions
economic alliance/faction - a group of nations joining together in a type of trade bloc, usually to exchange goods and other materials, nations in economic alliances/factions usually have common policies on product regulation, freedom of movement of goods, people and other such things, a prime example being the EU

alliance/faction - a group of nations joining together for eachothers benefit or similarity of interests

defensive/military alliance/faction - a faction and/or alliance of nations that bands together to defend eachother, whether that be for a common purpose or for each nations own benefit, a prime example being NATO

Nations' may only join 1 defensive/military alliance/faction.

a. if a nation wishes to aid other nations through military, they may sign a defensive treaty with said nation, the limit for the amount of defensive treaties you can sign is 4

2. Nations' may only join 2 economic alliances/factions.
a. a nation may also form an economic treaty, the amount you can join being limited to yet again 4
b. an economic treaty may be only between 2 nations

The poll for the election of the president of the Claibornian Interim Government has concluded with a victory for the NDP! They pledge to reform Claibornia's backwards society into a more modern one and uphold traditional cultural standards, as well as placing the Germans, not the French, in control of the nation!

You can't produce robotic people with technology from 1999, in fact I don't even know how you are on another planet

It's unrealistic, not even the intellectum is fully robotic, and that wasn't even the intellectum

In 1999 they didn't even have cell phones, it's impossible to create a robot, a robot is much more complex
