I know the flag that I will be using as the regional flag is not the same as the official flag, but I prefer to use a flag that is 300px X 200px, and the official flag is not that ratio, so I added a bit of height to make it 3X2 ratio. Otherwise, it becomes a small flag, and I prefer larger flags.

I could have used a transparent stripe on the top and bottom instead. That might work. :)
I think I'll keep this version, and use that for all future flags that do not conform to the 3X2 standard. Cannot see the transparent stripes anyway. White on white. :)
