Election period imminent: a regional election will occur soon to choose the officials who will compose Axiom's government, the upcoming Twelfth Axiom Mandate. The election will work as specified in Addendum I of the Codification. Here are the important details:
Regional elections will begin approximately five solar cycles from now on Monday, July 20th.
The Commissioner election will occur first, followed by the Prefect and the Triumvir. Each election will last 2 days in the form of regional polls.
Announce your candidacy by telegramming The axiom intrasolar administration stating the position you are running for. You might also want to announce this on the RMB and Axiom's discord server.
You must be a denizen who has resided in Axiom for two months to run.
Denizens can run for the following positions within the Mandate:
Triumvir: a member of the Triumvirate. The Triumvirate is the supreme executive and judicial authority in the Interstellar Mandate and is in charge of Axiom’s RP elements.
Prefect: The Prefect maintains Axiom’s relations with other regions for the Mandate and serves as the region’s acting WA delegate.
Commissioner: The Commissioner oversees the granting and revoking of denizenship and works to recruit new nations for Axiom.

Rotational cycle three of the election period has ended with the poll for the Commissioner reaching termination. Congratulations to Gaazikumukh, the newly-elected Commissioner of the 12th Axiom Mandate! Commissioner-elect Gaazikumukh managed a narrow win in the polls, receiving 54.55% of the denizen vote. Voter turnout was fair, with 34.38% of Axiom's denizens voting in the poll.
In addition, Maldurich has claimed the position of Prefect after their competitor dropped out of the race. World Assembly nations are urged to endorse Maldurich and unendorse the current delegate to give Axiom a voice in the WA.
With the Commissioner and Prefect elections over, the Triumvirate poll will open shortly, and last two days. Space government compels you to vote. Only denizens' will be counted, and candidates cannot vote for themselves.
