Your excellency,

Allow me to be the first to thank your nation for the contract offered to our Arms Corporation, Hadid. As one of the first foreign contracts for Hadid, it is a pride to all our nation that we have won this bid.

His Majesty and I both hold the conviction that both Russoslava and the Kingdom are at integral gateways in our paths, with Russoslava rebuilding, and the Kingdom rapidly modernizing. We also share key interests in the energy sector, interests that can align themselves naturally in some cases.

For these reasons, the Kingdom would like to extend its hand and move towards the opening of bilateral relations between our states. We invite the Russoslav government to open an embassy in Jeddah and would request to do the same in St. Andersburg. Should your government accept, the King intends to nominate HE Saif Omar Ghobash as Ambassador to your nation.
