*Secret*

The Government of the Socialist Republic of Furstia regrets the quick deterioration of the situation in your country.

It is in our best interest to assist your country to return to its previous stability, as it will be beneficial not only for both West Africa and Furstia, but for the entire continent as well.

As you may have noticed, all of our diplomatic efforts regarding the developing situation in your country are directed towards the cessation of violence and the re-establishment of law and order.

However, as the unrest has turned ever more drastic with each passing day, we have taken precautionary measures to ensure and preserve regional security. The recently deployed vessels and aircraft of the Furstian People's Armed Forces have a single objective: To identify and dissuade any foreign actors from intervening militarily in West Africa, before they seek to infiltrate your airspace and territorial waters.

The Government of the Socialist Republic of Furstia hereby offers to assist further in the stabilization of West Africa, contributing with our terrestrial forces in the pacification tasks.

Further talks concerning the future of West Africa could be arranged after the successful conclusion of the pacification process.

We are willing to work together, so that relations between our nations and our Peoples can return to the way they were before the beginning of this issue, and so that Peace reigns once more in Africa.

We await for your response.

Signed,
Rafael Ilario, President of the Socialist Republic of Furstia

We accept the offer presented to us. Talks may begin once the rebellion is dealt with completely. If not dealt with, it may spread more and more with each passing day.

Signed,
Nkemdilim Ngige, King of the Kingdom of West Africa
