Joshuastania idk if you remember this, but I had a naval base in your country and you in mine. It was based in Panama City, but for obvious reasons that can't be possible anymore lol. Can we just pretend like it is in Venice (it would be cool to have it there since I just changed my government to use elements from the government of Venice under the Doges)?
