General secretary Stahl has outlined his plans for the duration of his rule:
-Improve relations with various countries and ensure that 
Napoleonic-Russia recognizes his government.
-Raise the average living age.
-Raise the average standard of living.
-Improve the economy and make Hondura more self sufficient.
-Uphold the socialist ideology
