A telegram of alliance has been sent from Greenfield to the nations of Artheria, Russia, Callaxium and Xanathium.

The telegram states that Hiramia (and it's Commonwealth) have had some kind of history with Artheria and has great potential to all four recipients of the telegram.

A ball will also be hosted, not just for dancing and dining, but to fine out some details if they accept the telegram.

You can't have an alliance with both Callaxium and Xananthium. There're rival superpowers.
