On behalf of the United Emirates and His Majesty King Sultan, I would like to congratulate you on your victory in the latest election of the Bürgerrecht, and the rise of your party to governance of the Social Republic. I would like to take the opportunity to turn over a new leaf in relations between our states and offer your government the opportunity to open an embassy here in Jeddah, whereas we could similarly establish our own embassy in Kalininstadt. Should your government accept, we intend to nominate Hassan Al-Amiri to the post.
