Board of War - ENCRYPTED REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) to

The Board of War of the Qing Dynasty would wish to inquire into the following:
The price for acquiring 40 F/A-18D Hornet carrier-capable aircraft,
The willingness, and price (if applicable) for acquiring a developmental and production license for the F/A-18E/FSuper Hornet,
and Future contracts to Lockheed Martin for the development of a naval combat system, similar to the USN's AEGIS system.
A fast-reaction component, with integration with HHQ-10 Air Defence SAMs, Type 730 CIWS, and Type 1130 CIWS A mirror of the Aegis Weapons System (AWS), featuring integration and compatibility with the Type 346 naval radar, as well as Qing naval craft with the GJB 5860-2006 certification. A radio frequency (RF) uplink for mid-course update missile guidance during combat to ensure that a large number of targets can be engaged simultaneously. Integration of a mirror of the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMD) for air defence purposes. Access to the Aegis Open Architecture Modernization ProgramThe new system, dubbed the Joint Service Integrated Combat System (or JSICS), is an advanced command and control-cum-naval combat system, which will utilize robust computer and radar technology to track, guide, and use weapons in a naval combat theatre.
