Large Ottonnan Migrants are now flocking to settle to newly acquired territory of New Guinea Island (except for the Dorian Territory of Extreme western New Guinea). The Commonwealth of New guineas had finnaly and officially announced that they will join the Imperial Commonwealth Union since they still maintain federal autonomy as said by the Commonwealth Constitution.
