The working people of South east Asia invite all nations, be they Capitalist or Communist, to establish diplomatic relations with The United Socialist States of Southeastern Asia.

Spaces for nations to establish consulates or embassies have been set aside in the Worker's capital of Saigon, and it is hoped that the founding of diplomatic missions will lead to more prosperous and peaceful relationships worldwide.

Comradely,
The Central Government on behalf of the Working Soviets of South East Asia

Re: Diplomatic Mission Exchange

Esteemed leaders of Saigon,

I am personally delighted to hear of your newly found interest in exchanging diplomatic missions and establishing embassies with nations worldwide. I am even happier myself as the people of Eulumia have long awaited this day eagerly, hoping to establish positive ties with our northern neighbors across the gulf of Thailand. Versienna would be more than happy to exchange embassies and Ambassadors with Saigon; the Eulumian Senate has selected Rina Pra Jo-Ko as the Eulumian Ambassador upon request for our Northern neighbor. Versienna eagerly awaits the Southeast Asia Ambassador, and construction of the embassy will begin immediately with the Senatorial Sector's International District; directions will be enclosed upon confirmation, and the Ambassador may temporarily stay within the Eulumian Senate building.

Furthermore, I would like to personally invite Comrade Đỗ Mạnh Tấn to Versienna for a head of state meeting as an official show of friendship between our great Southeast Asian nations. I am interested in discussing potential trade deals and access for your nation to the Straits of Malacca seeing as how they fall within Eulumian jurisdiction. I am greatly looking forwards to hearing from you soon.

Warm regards,
Katherine Elouise, Grand Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Eulumia
