Once more despite the Olimpic Games in Athens the Government of Jerno decided to expand. This time Jerno’s targets were the former provinces that made the US state of Utah and some Canadians provinces. The Government of Jerno placed an ultimatum on the provinces and set a referendum down so they could annex the territory as peacefully as possible.
Quickly the provinces in question placed a referendum to see which provinces would join the Republic
Results of Referendum
Salt Lake City Referendum: 60% Join, 40% Independent
Cedar City area Referendum 70% Join, 30% Independent
Moab Area Referendum 80% Join, 20% independent
After this referendum the provinces of the former state of Utah joined the United States of Jerno.

At the same time Jerno looked to the north and the government decided to once more expand into Canada like the Utah provinces Jerno placed an Ultimatum and set referendums in place. Like the Utah provinces, they quickly responded and the local population went to the ballot box to vote.
Soon the results came in
Winnipeg Referendum 80% Join, 20% Independence
Brandon Área Referendum 90% Join, 10% Independence
Prawda Area Referendum 95% Join, 5% Independence
Vermillion Bay-Thunder Bay Referendum 75% Join, 25% Independent
Once the results came in the provinces were annexed and quickly integrated into the United States of Jerno.
