The true pain that comes from it is the mental trauma from the events it causes. For example, if anarchy happens we'll be for forced to abandon the moral principles we've gained from society in exchange for survival. I personally have two nice metal bars in my room very useful for hitting people (not that I have don't report me please I beg)
