And here's the proposal, well a few key points.

An RDB-Kamchakta coalition will restabalize the Novos lands as required, and in future treaties are limited from...

2. No land will be ceded from them, as they are a member of the RDB and a reliable trading partner with Kamchatka as well.

3. No wealth, nor materials will be removed from the nation as this is an on-going crisis.

4. Given Novos' role in the RDB, he will not be unduly influenced by any nation once his government is re-established.

Azorisian peacekeepers are already in the area helping to bring water, and supplies to the area, and we are glad to see that Iroma, and Akumanga are stepping up to the plate to help a fellow RDB member. We understand your desire for a lone restabilization effort but are treaty-bound to aid in the stabilization effort. Also, I'd like to thank you on behalf of the RDB for your warm-hearted effort to help a fellow Roman nation in need.

This treaty is written with the understanding that the legitimate Novos romanos government will have to decide and agree as well.
