Well since its an alternate history i cant say none of that would happen. Not harping though, my history is just as silly.

the UK was sending troops to the Italian-German front the UK and France didn't have enough time to react and surrendered as the spanish marched into most of france with little to no resistance and as France pulled back troops the German and Italians pushed in.
