Chancellor Astrian Oliserian complies with the terms of the treaty, and is willing to submit the telegram you've mentioned on the RMB by my choice alone:

To whom this may concern,

I, Chancellor Astrian Oliserian of Malulota, wish to propose a trade agreement with Culof. We are willing to export to you titanium, tungsten, crude oil, silver, strontium, and automobile to Culof, and in exchange we will accept the following imports: weaved baskets and textiles.

In addition, we would like to formulate a non-aggression pact with you. The Holy Barbarian Empire has withdrawn all efforts in maintaining a relationship with Malulota, and I believe that he withdrawal to communication is going to tip the scales of balance in Lower Babaria, would you consider working with me and probably involve Volohk in some sort of agreement that would create a multi-national non-aggression pact?

Volohk and Malulota do not have a lot in common, and I think that if we establish some sort of friendship, Culof could act as a third party to a treaty I can assemble with Volohk. I think that if Malulota and Volohk form some sort of peaceful arrangement, there won't be so much tension in the region. I have no desire to go to war with anyone and I only want peace. I know that at some point we'd share Sovern as a common adversary, so I can understand he doesn't want a lot of nations making ripples in the Crowded Sea, and I want the same for the Sea of Vez, which I consider a very important front for trade. If you have an idea on how we can formulate this sort of deal please let me know and I will arrange a summit with Culof and Volohk in the near future so we can discuss our affairs.

Sincerely,

Chancellor of Malulota,
