"From it's humble beginnings in the city of Seattle the Herdonian Empire has come to control vast swathes of land from the Arctic Circle to the Tropic of Cancer, and from the rocky shores of the Pacific to the sandy beaches of the Gulf. In the areas we have conquered, we have brought peace and stability with us, which has allowed us to propel the nation to great heights. But our job is not yet finished.
It is the mission of the Herdonian Empire to lord over the entire North American continent, and the special virtues of the Herdonian people and their institutions being spread over North America is simply destined to occur.
