Region: The North Pacific

The Dictator of Xeosia Later looks up to the stars, then to the portal built to transport the XLAF to different realities for vengeance and such. But this time there was civilian and military vehicles going though. The dictator straightens their tie and left their office behind, their limo waiting outside. The guard pushing the dictators wheelchair seemed to be crying under their polish gas mask, and soon the dictator had gone through the technological wonder of a portal as well. A prerecorded message repeats across every nonsecure airspace it can find.

"Friends and allies of Xeosia Later, Greatly, Cowbridge, The eastern germanic peoples, and many other nations. We the people of Xeosia Later will be leaving on this day. We leave not in harms way, but of our own free will. This is the day Xeosia Later leaves this region, but it is not the last day of anyone. This is simply the beginning of a new era. Goodbye. Except to Pigeonstan, the distasteful aggressor."

The nuclear bombs across Xeosia Later beep once, twice and blow the abandoned remains of Xeosia Later sky high. None will know Xeosia Later's secrets...
The coordinates of "Tin soldier" are leaked, along with ther identity, it was "John Andrews" all along, and they had still been hiding out in poorly for all those years...

President Agno is at their lowest point. Drunken, exhausted, slumped over the desk belonging to the leader of a nation that they simply don’t know how to rule. Suddenly, their comms link to Xeosia Later starts beeping. After a few moments, it becomes obvious that it’s not going to stop, and they sit up with a groan, mumbling to themselves.

Oh, what is it this time? The anti-Pigeonstan embassy needs a fresh blasted coat of paint? More foreign agents are infiltrating our country? A declaration of war?

The message plays, then concludes with a beep. For several minutes, President Agno simply sits there in silence, an indiscernible expression on their face. Finally, they speak, almost in a whisper.

So that agent... Vice President An? But... and the orb... They revert back to the stunned silence. For what seems like the millionth time, they turn back to the photo of Haym that lies on their desk. That was the beginning of your downfall, wasn’t it? The man you considered your friend, vanished away... or perhaps it was the orb that started your spiral... or maybe... or maybe... I don’t know, Haym... I don’t know.

How am I meant to run this nation? How did you? How did you manage to stay sane and stable for so long? Lost in thought, they open the blinds of their office’s window and look outside to the city of Prosperous. It is a jumble of huts and skyscrapers, nature and modernity, everything conflicting around itself. And yet, nearly every citizen wears a smile on their face. They are free from the worry of conflict or war. And as Agno looks out upon these people, they realize that the people do deserve to live like this. And in order to do so, someone must protect them.

Agno turns back to the photo of Haym on their desk. I think I finally understand it... You were leader because you had to be. You realized that to maintain peace and prosperity for all, one had to sacrifice their own peace and prosperity. And now that one must be me...

Agno sits down once again. Slowly, they reach out their hand towards a device on their desk and press a button on it. Hello? Yes, this is Ag-... this is President Agno. Can you remind me of the more urgent crises the nation is currently facing? They lean back in their chair as the long list is rattled off, but where they were before overwhelmed, they are now determined. Xeosia Later may be gone, but they are at last prepared to lead Greatly.

(Farewell, my friend. Wherever you go from here, I hope you have peace and prosperity.)
