I hate to burst your bubble, but the UK Liberal party from the early 20th century would like to disagree with you, and so would probably the modern Liberal Democrats. Just look up Tariff Reform in the UK in about 1905, or a modern day equivalent, the Lib Dems' stance on the B-word (not the female dog one).

So overall, I trust THO on this one, and I believe that World Trade's situation is unsure on whether they are experiencing symptoms of Liberalism.
