Kalaron, per the last revision in RP, is somewhat isolationist with a driving antipathy towards three things:
1) Countries that try to stop war
2) Countries that "politik" the truth
3) Alliences that attempt to control their members
Kalaronians generally agree on both the necessity of government healthcare (owing to their frigid surroundings, help isn't looked down upon necessarily, and health is still considered very important) and a large Military Industrial Complex for their diplomatic and -following the collapse of the ITF- Military needs.

Also owing to their location, Kalaron is a biggly fan of nuclear power. Not a NIMBY to be seen for miles and that's what makes it paradise :D
