The number of Endorsements you have can help increase the number of Influence your nation has, which is important for doing administrative things such as kicking and banning players from a region and also participating in the WA.

Additionally, the person with the most endorsements in a region becomes that region's WA Delegate, who can participate in voting on WA proposals before putting them on a public vote. Usually, the WA Delegate is appointed per region (ours is New Legland) and when the Founder of a region ceases to exist, the WA Delegate gets executive authority, which is why endorsements are very important in regions, especially those without a Founder
