Let me first start by apologizing for my extended absence. I had (have) many things going on in RL, and though none of them are particularly negative, I simply did not have the energy for NS. I do plan on being more active though, since some normalcy seems to be on the horizon.

Also, I'd would like to announce the nations of the Vanguard Party that will be occupying the assigned seats in Parliament:

3. Merlita
4. La summa malitia

On behalf of the Vanguard Party, we are all very excited for this new chapter in our great Region. As for myself, even though at times I might have to absent myself a bit, I will always be devoted to our Region.
