Ther Pang is at the Benevolent Leaders region.
And can't mess with Ther Pang, but still a true democracy.

All Benevolent Leaders regions had to establish a Commonwealth of Independent States to defend against the West and oppose Lasai and Blackstar.
But Kerimguly Berdimuhamedow and Askar Akayev need to form a military organization called the Secret Guard of the Benevolent Leaders.
and build good relations with Thailand, Russia and China.
However, Ther Pang country was able to deal with the protesters and the protesters were US mercenaries.
