Vssthak would simply routinely shoot down bombers regardless as long as they keep getting shot down they can't do much damage.
The enemy ground Army would find themselves walking into multiple mine fields automated magnetic turrets which can throw vehicles around and crush the crew inside of them and the Vssthak Army still having defensive fortifications On the Border would immediately fire on them with missile artillery self-propelled artillery and railgun artillery if they drove on Bridges they would find themselves blown up by remote explosives same with certain roads and highways while they were still driving on them.
Vssthak Army units also sometimes run away from Wooloosian forces and are faster than them because they are carrying less equipment.
Then they come back with more reinforcements and equipment to keep fighting.
As for Communications systems Vssthak started using teleportation to communicate with each other and orders from email would be ignored.
They primarily used radio communication to and they communicate in a dragonic language which was made up by the military to communicate orders without the Enemy being able to understand them.
Military power grids do not rely on any kind of Internet so they are fine.
Civilian power grids however are easily knocked out.

And as for AA they stuck to electromagnetic pulses magnetic weapons plasma cannons and laser turrets
