Well for the meme, Queen Elizabeth was here when we were all born and she'll be here when we're all gone. Just as she will outlive us all she will outlive our children and their children and their chilren's children, then she will be here long after the sun burns out and after the heat death of the universe.
For a more sad answer however, the passing of her husband could be a heavy hit to her health and well-being, since many elderly couples tend to pass away soon one after the other, so... Who knows, we might see a change in the words of "God Save the Queen" very soon, unfortunately.

I do come from a very religious family, though. Besides, this is not normal. It's not every day that someone on death's doorstep suddenly recovers to the point of being healthier than ever, or sees their entire life flash before their eyes as they do. It's kinda hard to believe I did that on my own.
And yes, I didn't mention it, but I was very close to death for the past few days. I needed constant monitoring to ensure I didn't undergo complete heart failure (which threatened to happen four times).
