It does makes sense to be ZH, I doubt they will do something to help them but I never actually knew ZH that much anyway. If they dare to they will be met with a surprise.

Hmm I just checked my stats and the rules, luckily for me I still am in level 8. And thanks to the technology from Krys I am sure that upgrades me to Leve 9.

It would be a pleasure. However war is not in our primary interest, seeing the last major conflict we've had have proven the weaknesses of the military [see Hasharo-Haivon Conflict]

We give most nations a chance to not be seen as fools on the international stage. The simplest course of action for Wakanda is not to attack Yeni, and we hope they take that option. But, if they don't, then no true worry for the Empire.
