Seeing that the peoples under our dominion vy for self-determination and independence, steering their destiny away from the Habsburg realms and to their own future,

We hereby declare the dissolution of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, into its constituent states of Austria, Hungary, Croatia-Slavonia, Galicia, and Bohemia, so that the peoples under our dominion shall be able to pursue their dreams of self-determination and independence.

These measures will come into effect at 12:00 Central European Summer Time.

Until then, government institutions and public works will function as normal.
