A lot of people (me included) have personal regions that they keep for purposes of storing puppets, embassies, RMBs, etc. It’s just impractical to constantly switch accounts, and to make sure the account in the personal region doesn’t CTE from inactivity, often they will just use the nation in the region. It’s a very common practice.
