In a large fortress palace in the heart of the capital of Zerentopia thousands of vehicles take place on the roads leading to the nation's government headquarters, several armored cars surrounded by military SUVS and personal securities. A busy day for government officials, the meeting between several ministries and the great leader of the nation, King CEO President Johan Liebert, the encounter would be in a secret location within the palace, a opulent room with fine wines, oysters, caviar, lobsters, thousands of different types of meat.
All ministers waited patiently for their leader's arrival until the huge doors, of rare wood, slowly opened. A man with straight black hair and white locks, despite his elderly appearance, his smile was of a confident young man, full of life. Holding a red cane, he slowly entered, all ministers directed his eyes to the man and suddenly rose from the chairs turning towards the man and bowing their heads, that was Johan Liebert, the leader who 32 years ago had taken the country out of civil war and unified the country into a single prosperous crowned republic. Johan took his place and the work of the cabinet began, the leader promptly said a few words to his ministers
"Gentleman, we are here today to discuss the future of Zerentopia, it's been a while since the country has undergone changes besides of the difficulties that the region is facing, new adjustment are needed, new directions. Came to my attention that certain dissenting groups have been "thrilled" by the twists of the Confederacy. We can't let enemies of the state act freely, i'm dispatching the minister of home affairs so that all information about undergrounds organizations collected during all these years be used to suppress these groups, I also announce that Zerentopia will make massive investments in its armed forces.The origin of the new resourcers will come from the defense budget, also the minister of the economy will gather together all private enterprises, conglomerates of Zerentopia to make further investments in infrastructure, fresh tech military appliances and speed up the training of the workforce. Zerentopia must go on even if the Confederation is not, our economy and stability can't be undermined under any circumstances. That's all, thank you."
After those comforting words of the great leader showing a path to reform, ministers would continue there to discuss the details further, plotting strategies and sharing essential information. Johan retired to another room where he dealt with Zerentopia's foreign policy and accompanied the conflict in the region. Later in that day, the state media had announced the new changes in the military and the economy but without specifying where military investments would be directed, as well as a new space program made with the commerce budget including the help of private companies in the sector.
To the Confederation
It must have come to your attention by now that Zerentopia is investing in its armed forces, this in no way represents an indirect threat or attack on the sovereignty of any nation, and that it is necessary for the country to continue to advance in spite of external problems. Once again I reiterate my desire for an end to the conflicts and for the region to have peace again.

14:55 - WEDNESDAY, 11TH DECEMBER
The HMS Reaklint glided through the waves, foam brimming at its sides. 70 Sword Chancellery agents, unwelcome but ever present, kept a close eye on the ship, making sure that no dissidence, political or religious, was aboard the vessel. So far, the ship's crew was considered loyal, but the watchful eye of the Sword Chancellery nonetheless followed every slightest operation, from combat to smoke breaks. Any voices of concern or defeatism were to be 'dealt with', should they crop up. Operations were lead by Sword Officer Jesk, a young yet promising recruit who had risen from the slums of Shikarewatis to his position.
Jesk was standing on deck with a cigarette. He was to have a meeting with the Sword Chancellor himself in around five minutes, and it was nervous. Vekten was a terrifying man. Back-talking him was a sure-fire way to disappear in the night. He wielded immense power, and rest assured, being asked for a 'chat' with him was troubling. Throwing his cigarette into the sea, he straightened up, and walked into the ship's interior. He headed to the on-board Sword Chancellery office room, and waited. Vekten arrived at 3PM, on the dot. Not a second earlier, not a second later. The door flung open, and he strode in. He was of a lean build, his face obscured by a bronze mask, flat with slits for eyes and a grille where his mouth was. His short, black hair was neatly trimmed, and he wore a rather resplendent Sword Chancellery uniform. He took a seat, and stared straight at Jesk. There was a period of nervous silence as the two men looked each other in the eye, before Vekten spoke. His voice was grating and deep.
"Sword Officer Jesk." He muttered.
"Sir!" Replied Jesk, dutifully.
Vekten shifted in his seat, before speaking again. "You are, effective immediately, promoted to the rank of Sword Commissar. You are now Sword Commissar Jesk."
Jesk's eyes lit up. "Sir, it is an hon-"
Without warning, a gloved hand smacked Jesk to the ground. "Do not interrupt me, you insolent boy." Growled Vekten.
Slowly reaching for his chair and getting back up, Jesk apologised. "I-I-I'm terribly sorry, Sir!" While not exactly pleased with his treatment, complaining wouldn't exactly put Jesk in a better position.
"I'd expect so." Snapped the Sword Chancellor. He handed Jesk a badge in the shape of a shield, with an emblem depicting a sword pointing upwards. "Apply this to your uniform, Sword Commissar. Your orders come in tomorrow."
"Understood." Replied Jesk sincerely.
"You are dismissed." Vekten then stood up and left without another word. Jesk followed him shortly after.

Meanwhile, the ship's on-board communications officer typed a message to the Kafairian troops in

Considering the recent developments with Vangmar, it would appear such a change of course would be necessary. He checked with the Captain. "Is this message good enough?"

The Naval Supremacy Fleet arrived and docked at Blue Harbor, unloading the CIA and the Kyavani complement that had attached to them at the last moment. Marching out in unison, not a single soldier said anything as they began loading up into transport vehicles, and began making the long journey to Vocraye. They would stop at Little Vocraye to resupply and secure the area around the capital, and then finally join up with the main garrison.

Jocospor
The 33rd Division Blindée Impériale and the 88th Division de la Home Guard arrive. The 33rd is to defend the more North Eastern cities, such as Rondhelm, and the 88th is to defend the more mid-North coastal cities.
Opération Bleu
The 102nd Armée Impériale and the 30th Division Blindée Impériale land near the Kyavani troops to help the invasion. They push into the Flemish territory to help the paratroopers. Multiple MiG-25s from the 3rd Escadre de Chasse are sent to help secure the air.

Admiral de Ruyter stood on the deck of the WINV Medway, watching as a Fokker Y-21N was caught by an arresting wire. Him, and the entire fleet were tense, for they all knew there were enemy vessels in the region. But they didn’t know where their current location was. His earpiece begins to ping, knowing he is required on the bridge, he sighs. And quickly walks away.
Several minutes later, he arrives to see the bridge is bustling with activity.
“What is going on up here?!” The admiral bellows, his voice is deep, and reverberates throughout the bridge.
“The Tussian battle fleet has has been spotted 45km out by one of the recon squadrons launched by the Dungeness.” One of the officers spoke up
“Any more details about the fleet?” The admiral said, puzzled
“Well, the vast majority of the ships were cruisers, however there was a carrier and several Battleships.” The officer continues
“But here’s the interesting thing. Those Battleships, they still have gun turrets, so do the cruisers. However, this is all coming from the pilot, so we are not yet certain, but the pilots are sure of what they saw.” The officer says
The admiral grins sadistically, “get a radar signature on those ships, I want to send them a little welcome gift”
“Captain, tell your men to get birds in the air, let them know that that we know where they are.” The admiral says, looking at the captain
“Yes sir!” Exclaimed the captain
20 minutes later, the The Waffle BCs begin their attack, each launching approximately 35 anti-ship missiles at the Tussian fleet. Aiming particularly for the capital ships. While the 6 carriers start sortieing against the fleet simultaneously. Whether or not the attack is a success is not yet known...

A large structure begins to open at the side of a cliff side, revealing a hanger and a large black craft. A siren begins to blare out, before a voice announces "Attention all personnel, final launch sequence in one hour. All personnel clear the area". The siren continues to blare as the craft in the hanger, slowly begins to move out of the hanger along a track. Moments later it is moved out of the hanger entirely, before being moved into position next to a track structure, growing in height the more distant it gets. Several engineers begin fixing the crafts track carriage to the track, the track begins to rise before connecting with the rest of the track. Static begins to fill the air as the track becomes electrified, the engineers finish before climbing down to the bottom of the track. Exiting into hatches on the surface, moments later the siren blares again, before a voice announces "Attention all personnel, final launch sequence is beginning in ten minutes please evacuate to designated safe zones". Ten minutes pass, before hatches, doors and hanger begins to close to. Once they close the siren stops and the voices announces "Final launch sequence has now begun", the carriage attached to the craft begins to move as the crafts engines whirl up. The craft begins to pick up more and more momentum, before several rocket boosts on the underside of it's wings fire, propelling the craft faster. The craft ascends the track before reaching the top, the carriage disconnects from the craft, allowing the craft to fly freely into the distance. Moments later the boosters cease and detach from the craft before plummeting to the ocean. On a cliff side near the launch complex a few people watch as the craft ascends into the sky "Valravn has risen, from home he leaves, to war he strides".
OOC: So yeah this project manticore. Otherwise known as 'project dab/flex on Regna' comprises of this craft http://www.gearsonline.net/series/yukikaze/banshee/banshee-04.jpg being designed and build by multiple nations in the Confederation. It will make it's debut in the war very soon.

Tussian troops set up defences in the mountain ranges near the mountains in the North West to prevent any invaders from getting in. MiG-25s regularly patrol the seas to watch for any more reinforcements as AC-130s arrive.

After the missiles fire, Tussian submarines (350 of them) go to the location of where the missiles came from to try and destroy the enemy navy. They damage many Waffle ships.
Meanwhile, Tussian troops (with M1A2, T-70, Leopard 2 armoured support) make another push into Rondhelm after a glorious victory.

Tsar Kaž Eitóxhau Đordjevič walks down the main corridor of the Royal Palace, dressed in full military regalia, and as guards open a set of doors, a crowd full of Government officials applauds his entry to the conference room.
The Tsar arrives at a podium, and once the applause ends he clears his throat and then states:
"Fellow Kyloenijans, it is not often that I come to make a speech directly to you, but now as our nation is on the precipice of a grand change amongst our foreign policy and internal alliances with the confederation I deem it necessary to let all on our good country men and brothers in arms and the national decision in stance of the ongoing civil war. Our nation has decided to align ourselves with the honorable and righteous United Confederation Coalition.
Kyloenija alongside our loyal colony of Izav-kotor have decided to take a stand for what we deem to be our nations best path.

Sea Around Rondhelm, Kafairian 3rd, 10th, and 1st Fleets.
The smoke settles slightly, the fog blown away, aside the smoke, ash, and gunpowder. The Kafairian ships are floating. 3 cruisers, a pair of destroyers, and 5 subs are now at the bottom of the sea, but for them the Kafairians took from their 
New Tussian foes 14 ships, 6 cruisers and 8 subs. The rest of their fleet had run, leaving the area open for a Kafairian landing. The 1st fleet moved up, its landing craft hitting the beach, now unopposed. The 3rd and 10th took up a defensive position around them. And, slowly, the 9th Army unloaded. As they did so, another 200k men of the 8th Paratrooper force took off, moving towards the City, fighter escorts tight around them. News had reached the fleet that their paratroopers had been pushed back, and were now holding out at the center of the city. The paras reach the city, and drop, hitting the ground beside APC's, IFV's, and tanks. They form up, and start to press the rear of the Tussian force, to buy time for the 9th to ready and move in.
Another message is sent off to the forces of South reinkalistan.
