An open letter to the national government and local governments of Labyrnna, news networks and other news agencies across the world

The continent of Europe contains a giant. The Empire of Labyrnna is a European constant. It is always there. It is always watching. It is always doing nothing. It is always have the strings pulled by the American Terrorist organization known as “The U.S. Government”.

The Empire knows not what it wants to be or what it wants to do. It instead touting control over its citizens who remain steadfast in their individual duty in life. The Government, the Empire, has waxed and waned over the years. Once it administered the Italian peninsula. Those people are now lucky to not be administered by a lackluster regime.

Simply put, Europe needs the dominant player. The old Empire is no longer the dominant player. A new system, a new leader, and a new order, must rise from the ashes.

Hurricane Thomas projected to hit New Orleans, tidal barrier raised

Hurricane Thomas, which formed several days ago in the Mid Atlantic and reached Cat. 4 strength, is projected to make landfall in Louisiana in the New Orleans area after striking Puerto Rico and other Caribbean areas. Governor Louis Smith has ordered that people seek shelter on higher ground and has also declared a State of Emergency in advance. Puerto Rico Governor Robert Drownings has also declared a State of Emergency and also ordered that people either seek higher ground or take what safety measures they can before the storm hits. Tidal barriers along the Gulf Coast have been raised in advance of the storm and those that are unable to leave their homes are stocking up on supplies such as food, water and fuel. President Dawes has placed FEMA, navy and Army forces in the Gulf on stand-by in the event of major damage.

Tristar Social Media Video 2

Behind every leader is a corrupt system that will step over anything and anyone to get what it wants. Change is hard to come by because those in power don't wish to change the system that put them there. Once they lose their power, however, they are willing to change it just so they can regain the power they lost. Some say that since it has been this way, it will always be this way. We disagree with that statement. Change will happen, but it may not happen by itself. A catalyst needs to be in place for some change to happen.

No matter the nation, no matter the system, and no matter who is in charge, change can take place. Small change at first can be discouraging, but it can be a domino effect. The more smaller things that are made to change, the more powerful the overall change is. This isn't a game anymore. People like Rebecca Dawes of the United States of America (Imperial Eagle), despite being for change for the betterment of her people, won't fix the broken system that is held in place in the nation. She makes sure she keeps her citizens occupied with smaller, more irrelevant things to make sure they can't see the system under which they live. People didn't vote for you. They don't have the power. They have the power to tell someone who to vote for and hope that that person does their job. It has happened many times in the past where they went against their own people and almost nothing was done.

Take Japan, for example. They realized this long before America has or will, despite America putting the Japanese system in place. They did away with their electoral college and let the people decide themselves. Many worried that this would take away the voice of smaller-town Japanese citizens, but they quickly realized that this was merely a point against the abolishing of the system. They wanted to keep more power with the rural communities because they understood that they could help sway the vote. The resistance to the change wasn't practicality, but fear. That's what is happening in the Union. In Japan, Akiya Komi became president. She became the first female president of Japan because the people voted her in. Perhaps they voted her in because she is a female, or they voted her in because she can make a difference and encourage change. We will have to wait and see.

This message is to the government of America. Change is inevitable, don't try to stop it. You'll just get run over or left behind. Don't deny your people the power you say you give them. We look forward to seeing what you do to remedy this situation. We are Tristar. We are watching.

JNN Breaking News

Just moments ago, a group called "Tristar" uploaded a second video across global social media sites. This time the video was calling out the United States of America about its system, and apparently held President Rebecca Dawes to blame. Weeks ago, Tristar hacked multiple Japanese Broadcasting Corporation stations across the world for a message that many won't forget. The main push for this group? Worldwide change. It seems their message is for citizens of the world's nations to take action against their governments and force change. President Akiya spoke against Tristar today:

[/i]"While Japan, and many nations, strives for change, we do not strive for change that comes by means of hurting others. Change by force may benefit some, but hurts the majority. There are systems in place that people can take advantage of just to make the change they want to see. If change doesn't occur, that is merely on the people of the nation. The citizens of Japan wanted change, and made change happen. That's why you see me talking on the televisions across the nation as President of Japan.

As for Tristar and how we are dealing with them, we are unsure as to where exactly they are located, but we have seemingly narrowed it down to in Japan. The only reason we have this conclusion is due to the nature of the first 'broadcast' they released. Sadly, that is all the information I can give to you at this time. If they continue, Tristar could influence people to act against the government and cause harm to others when it is completely unnecessary. It has not come to this, obviously, but I, and my colleagues, wish to take care of the problem before it starts."[/i]

The Japanese Broadcasting Corporation has said that it will increase security of its channels across the globe to make sure nothing like the previous hack by Tristar happens again. President Akiya also asks social media platforms to carefully watch the group. She is working alongside Japanese social media platforms to secure the privacy and safety of Japanese citizens.

The Byzantine Project

A result of the ongoing Byzantine Canal project has been the production of soil from all the digging. The utilization of this soil has been on the minds of developers and engineers, who have sought to recycle it.

As a result, Constantine Architectural Design has been approved to pursue the Pearls of Byzantium project.

The project is a mixed-use development situated along a natural bluff overlooking the Marmara Sea that will provide residential, cultural and retail venues for the city of Byzantium. The centerpiece is the new marina, which will be made up of artificial islands. It will contain up to 500 slips, and is to provide a cruise ship docking area.

This project is anticipated to last 3 years (156 RL days) and will cost $300 million. A large portion of this money is supplied by investors into the project, and public funds which will be taken from the Byzantium Canal Revenue.

After driving for a time to the Iolani Palace, currently being used for the meeting and entering the meeting hall, Dawes would speak

"Now then Madam President, what topics should we talk about first. We can talk about either trade deals or military deals if you like and possible exchange programs to better cross-train our forces so they work better when working with each to keep the peace."

"I think that would be a great idea really! Though the Union prides itself on it's goods, Japanese products are more common here in the Union than many would think due to their affordable prices and durability. Plus bullet trains, which we've start to copy in some form or another, would be even greater to have and reduce travel times by rail along the eastern Seaboard and Western Seaboard, mainly in the East due to how close the cities are." "Personally, I do not understand the logistics of the shinkansen, but I can refer you to Kyoko Kuramoto, the person that would be able to tell you all you need to know. Ms. Kuramoto would be happy to work with officials in the Union. As far as products that can be given to the Union, we can offer more cars from Toyota, especially since they are building a superfactory in Louisiana, Honda, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Nissan, and so on. Perhaps we can see how Japan-specific cars do here in America." she says before she takes a sip of water.

"While Japan doesn't need American automobiles, which sadly don't do well in our markets, we could use some rare earth elements, some electronics that are made in the United States, and other things of that nature. While Japan has some of these things of our own, some from America can stimulate the market." she said, taking another sip.

And in regards to rare earth elements, we can have shipments from California and Alaska made ready some time after we conclude our talks, same with the electronics. And I can have some of nation's best rail engineers tour your rail lines and trains and listen to the advice that would be of great help with our own efforts." Dawes replied with a grin

"We look forward to that! I feel Japan and America need strong ties to each other, and there is no better way than trade. A close second, however, are military ties. I am up for hearing what you have to say to help improve our ties. There is, however, something that has been in talks in Japan that we wish to ask for your help on. We, in the government of Japan, would like to start a program that will domestically build aircraft carriers. We only ask for you help because we are far behind in regards to you when it comes to the technology that is needed to build a formidable carrier."
