Due to severe flooding from rapidly melting snow packs, torrential rains, and power outages, we've got to shut down all entrances to the park. We are working to deal with this emergency as efficiently as possible. Please be safe and do not attempt to enter flooded areas and roadways.
Hang in there. We're opening up the southern entrance. We should have the others opened up in about a week, give or take.

How many times do we have to remind you people? DO. NOT. TOUCH. THE. BISON. Especially not the calves. I don't care if you thought you were being helpful by pulling what looked to be one struggling to cross the river. Do you see now that the herd rejected it because you put your stupid man stink all over it and we had to euthanize it? That was as dumb as those people putting a calf into the back of their vehicle because they thought it looked uncomfortable.
When in Yellowstone, you leave the wildlife alone. You don't go into the hot springs as if they were hot tubs.

I can't believe our department has to keep saying this, but anyone... anyone...caught trying to walk across thermal features or leave the designated trails and boardwalks will be prosecuted to the FULLEST EXTENT OF OUR LAWS! Likewise with harassing or touching or "helping" (not helping) any of the wildlife. We don't go defecating on your military cemeteries, using your constitutions as wipes, and using your holy sites as trash heaps. Our lands are sacred. Respect them, or you will pay dearly. Your sense of entitlement does not give you the right to desecrate our parks meant for all people.
Um...is it just me, or are the deer looking a bit like zombies? Geez, I was really bad at the last zombie outbreak, I don't know if we have any more of those anti-zombie antidote bombs left!
And the tabloids worry about the end of the world coming from an eruptions of the Yellowstone caldera, eh? Turns out there are other kinds of earth-shattering disruptions. Fwew!
