Reporter (John): "Good morning Mr.Rai, your government has pledged to balance the budget while also Continiung to grow the economy, any updates?"

Medini Rai: "Yes, of course, we were able to balance our budgets this year, while also growing our GDP by approximately 6%, or 100 trillion. Our credit rating has gone up to A, and our GDP now stands at 1516 trillion swarnmudra, the 11th largest in India. Our economy is driven by arms manufacturing, and our nation's sheer economic size means that we can outproduce almost all nations in India when it comes to building high tech weaponry, mechanized units, and general military units as well. I would also like to add that our deregulation and tax cut program have drawn almost 18% more foreign investment than last year, allowing us to further create industry and jobs in the Swarajya.

Reporter: "What are your thoughts on IOTO and Hindu Ram Rajya

Medini Rai: I am wary of such a millitary organization headed by a regional bully. Hindu Ram Rajya seems to think they are invincible. I will give them credit, their arms manufacturing industry is slightly more specialized and on a per capita basis, when our economy was their size, we had a smaller arms manufacturing industry. However, our economic output and industry is almost 4 times larger than theirs, meaning we can absolutely out produce them should they choose to act out of line. For every tank they produce, we believe we can produce upwards of 6. for every plane, 4. For every naval unit, we can produce 4 as well. Our economy is simply much larger.

Reporter: "Of course. The Swarajya has the strongest defense force rating in the region, it would be a mistake for IOTO to threaten Kumbhalgarh.

Medini Rai: "Look John, I believe in peace. Our main focus is the economy, and we are friends with most nations in the IOTO. We are wary of Hindu Ram Rajya as they are an extremist theocracy. Any nation ruled and driven by religious institutions/motives in my opinion is very dangerous and a threat to the progressive school of thought. They think too highly of themselves, and I believe they are a military power, but compared to the sheer output of Kumbhalgarh, they are miniscule. I am confident in our military's capacity and ability to thwart any threat from Hindu Ram Rajya with ease should they step out of line"

Reporter:Of course. What are your future plans for the country?

Medini Rai: We have much in store. Our tourism industry is booming because of infrastructure investment. If you look at our PPC curve, we are slightly below max capacity. We plan to balance our budgets and maintain spending through next year, where we should see a strong revenue increase due to foreign investment, infrastructure, and corporate tax output. We will be in a surplus by next year, and this surplus should be almost half of our Output gap. Our high credit rating, along with low global interest rates, mean that we will be able to borrow and spend the equivalent of our output gap with relative ease, allowing for our economy to be at absolute max growth potential and output in 2 years. Our high credit rating means our debt payments will be lower and safer, and we aren't borrowing much cause of our responsible spending, so we should be able to cover our debt positions without any strain while stimulating our economy.

Reporter: What are your thoughts on governments around the region borrowing a lot to militarize themselves and build exorbitant infrastructure?

Rai: I am worried. These nations, many with moderate-weak economies are engaging in poor spending policies and taking reckless advantage of region wide low interest rates. I fear for inflation in these nations, who are using these low interest rates to spend, spend and spend. Eventually, this will lead to weaker currencies for these nations and higher interest rates, forcing their debt positions to go out of control. When your nation is growing and your economy isn't every strong, spending your money to build a "green' airport or buying tanks or building excessively expensive train lines is ridiculous and irresponsible. Spend responsibly, and spend on infrastructure and tech that is practical and will have the most return on investment, instead of exorbitant technology that is expensive and has weaker ROI. Our nation is planning our monetary and fiscal policy years head, adjusting for predicted interest rates and inflations to ensure we are spending only when necessary. We are committed to responsible spending, common sense expenditure, and balanced budgets.
