Read the IA discord about it
Well we’d be willing to lend them immigrate to one of our planets. They’d be provided homes, food, water, infrastructure, and would be allowed to preserve their culture, as well as set up a local government that could rule with a reasonable degree of autonomy.
I dont control them anymore. I have a new nation.
ok

Another Loss
Just a couple of years ago, it was the most successful in the family who'd passed, Robert Kozłowski. But now, Patrycja, the matriarch of the Kozłowski branch of Rothschild-Kozłowski has died aswell. Still living in the familial castle in Silesia, the whole dynasty was called to a small village in the East of Bingen.
Several Rothschild's would also attend the funeral, Patrycja doing much to mend the families together. Patrycja was Bogumił's mother, so naturally he would attend the funeral to hopefully inherit the patriarchy. He would however have to worry about his sister, who was more favored by the family.
Sequoia was the younger sister of Bogumił. She had been married to a wealthy Columbian family quite young, but always was eager to do more outside of living a housewife's life. She dreamed of distinguishing herself from the rest of the low nobility of the Kozłowski dynasty, inheriting her mother's Matriarchy would allow her to control the dynasty from behind the scenes. Thus, a natural rivalry would soon begin.
The two would inevitably cross paths at the funeral, having not seen each other for several decades, since they were children in Baltimore. The two would feign kindness to another, hugging and all infront of the family, though whispering insults to one another when near. They would both speak eulogies of their mother, the inheritance however mattered more than the memory of their mother.
When the inheritance was revealed, Patrycja had given up her title of Countess of Raciborskiego to Sequoia, and the family patriarch title to Bogumił. While he would leave Silesia with pride, his sister would leave in anger. He must've changed Patrycja's will, there is no way a Columbian-born would've inherited the dynasty. Regardless, Sequoia would continue her life for now, occasionally tending to the task of leading Raciborskiego.
Afghan Government Council
Following the withdrawal of British forces from Afghanistan, the Cosmocracy would cross into the country from the Chinese Pamir. Though, due to the sheer desolation of the region, Cosmocratic forces would attempt to first salvage what little surviving settlements remained around the country, forcibly relocating surviving Pashtuns, Tajiks, and Hazaras towards the ruins that once formed the urban centers of the country, perhaps in the hopes of rapidly repopulating them. In particular, the cities of Herat, Kabul, Mazar, Kandahar, and Jalalabad would be given the utmost priority, with Arausio looking to choose any one of the five to potentially serve as the new capital of Afghanistan.
In the mean time, the Cosmocracy would set up an interim body called the "Afghan Government Council" to oversee civilian reconstruction efforts and the restoration of supply routes in and out of the five major cities. The AGC itself would be lead by a diarchy of two presidents, one elected by the surviving Afghan people, and one appointed directly by the Cosmocrateira herself. Following a brief election in the five cities, the Afghans would send up selecting a tribal chieftain named Bazir Khalji Shah—known principality as Basilius Caecilius Rex in Oranic news sources—to serve as their representative in the AGC. The Oranic seat, meanwhile, would be provisionally occupied by Archandrite Abelimus until a distinct candidate could be found elsewhere.
For now, the Cosmocracy would not formally annex the Afghan territories and would let it continue on its own as a de facto puppet state, with Arausio citing its poor land development, limited population, and virtually indefensible mountain frontier as reasons to delay the process until much later down the line. At the same time, the Cosmocracy would also begin facilitating the relocation of some Oranic settlers from North Africa to restore some of the ruined settlements surrounding the five great cities to help speed up the process. Though, it was uncertain whether these Oranics are to permanently stay on these settlements at annexation, or if the Cosmocracy intends to hand these over back to the Afghans in due time.
I don't think IC his forces have withdrawn yet
I DM'd him ahead of time, and he accepted that I can just assume that the forces had already withdrawn. 72 hours was the IC deadline given and all.
