Her lab is up on a mountain, surprisingly not well defended. The door even seems to be open, but somewhat scarily, there are several axes embedded near the entrance. Some the entire blade deep in a steel wall.

A few month later, i wiew of the whole of the imperium and dwarven territory, the council voted for the integration of the dwarven confederacy to the imperium. Soon enough Durin Odinson will go to holy terra to sign the treaty uniting the two nations

There, representing the Imperium, finally out of his isolation, was the Emperor of Mankind himself, resplendent in his glory. The Master of Mankind, in his golden power armor made even the Primarchs look small in comparison. As he bent to sign the treaty, using an ancient quill, saved for eons untold, his massive hand nearly hiding the tip of the feather, he speaks. His voice is powerful, commanding, yet still human.

The Emperor:"On this day, yet another long lost fragment of humanity finds itself reunited with its kin. Let none forget this momentous occasion."

With the signing of the hence known 'Treaty of Ursh', for that was where is was signed, the Dwarven Confederacy was integrated into the wider Imperium as an autonomous vassal state. One Maximillian von Hartsbach was appointed by the Emperor himself as Lord Governor of the newly created Segmentum Hephastion, although his authority was limited to that granted him by the Dwarven Council.

Rykil wrote:The creature's movement was uninterrupted by the dead landscape. After all, life on the Ringworld had been dead far longer than the Aszaryin had been travelling space. With only the light of a haze-covered star to guide them, the pod came across the protrusion. The structure consisted of a wide base that grew into a slightly thinner stalk. That stalk terminated with a wide, blanket-like cap that faced the sun. The stalk seemed to have a height of about seven feet and the cap appeared to be about eleven or twelve feet across. It was black, but bore grey accents and smotches across it's surface that blended easily with the blackness. The texture was not unlike rough stone intermixed with glossy bone.

You didn't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out that this thing was a photosynthetic organism of some kind. However, you did need to be a biologist to figure out a couple other things. Carbon-based vegetation needs Carbon Dioxide in conjunction with sunlight and other elements to grow. There was no atmosphere here and the soil definitely wasn't made of Carbon Dioxide. How did this thing survive? It couldn't be Carbon-based, but perhaps a Silicone-based organism would survive better in space.

When the creature would approach the Anomaly it would seem to be confused on the nature of such an object if there was something or someone watching it they would see it franticly move around the base of the stalk several times, seeming to be looking for something in particular while in reality it was attempting to find those electronic signals it was once searching for instead only finding this stalk in question.

It would pace around the base of the stalk for some time, before standing up on it's hind legs with a quick motion it would stab into the stalk, being able to obtain a portion of its outer layer, now beginning to examine the sample in which it had gotten searching for any genetic structures in which it would match with a list of varied planetary fauna, any searches came up as negative and as before it would lose it's interest and attempt to seek out another nearby electronic signal.

Now curious of it's own surroundings it would utilize a wide method of sensory glands to look around the environment it was within for anything else of major interest

they cargo ship arrived on the coordinate

"This is noted. I hope I am capable of providing aid to you in the future. If you ever have need of defensive aid, I am there."

By this point, a larger logistics vessel would have likely arrived at the coordinates, though it still moved with the ethereal grace and silence of the scout ship. Any gravitic sensors could not pick the ship up for one reason or another, but yet it was there, silent and unmoving, white hull shining against the backdrop.

It was mostly the same signals that emanated from the crust. However, there was an anomaly amongst them: A larger, more root-like electrical cable, wire, or whatever these things were made itself apparent. It started off as a point where many of the fibers coalesced into a larger one. This root extended quite a ways off in the distance. In a visual sense there was also clear signs of artificial tampering. Dirt and rock that had been disturbed like if someone had dug a trench out and then filled it back in. Such a feat could not have been done by the sessile and photosynthetic organism. Rather, there had to be some kind of intelligent creature that had done this for one reason or another.

Farther off

The Celium had jolted in response, sending a signal down the roots and into another fruiting body. This one, however, was just by the abode of an intelligent creature. It slithered it's way out of the circular doorway, flashing patterns of light at the fungal thing to speak it's message. The message was primitive and conditioned, but informative nonetheless. Something had attacked a fruiting body Perimeterwards. It was likely a hostile Kin, one sent to kill him or one who had come to steal.

King Crimson would not tolerate this.

"The Lapsians have always been rather communal in nature, always working together and such. Yes, her kind have been in several wars in the past, even before our arrival. But, peace was always held. Even in the age of space travel, few actively partake in the military. Most are miners, scholars, diplomats, and scientists. Cynthia is one of those few who don't mind fighting in wars."
