RP | Condemnation
Manderina was furious. As Supreme Priestess she was somewhat of the head of the Gartentorian PR and propaganda. The attack on Insiga had completely ruined her carefully crafted storyline. She ordered investigations to figure out who exactly could be pinned for all the blame. First thoughts were on General Executive Taskmaster Teigerland, who was generally in command of the military. he denied giving direct orders, but had been vagualy informed of a military offensive in motion against Insiga. Factionalism in Gartentor was often a cause for unauthorized actions by a groups with an agenda. The claustrophobia of Gartentorians, being forced together into the Deepwoods, with the overpowering force of Amberleaf on either side had enabled many to see extreme action as their only outlet to deal with the pressure of the situation. The Insiga attack was not an operation decided by a single individual, but moreso a collective desire for catharsis, which had been given unofficial or official support from enough military command.
There was a lack of a clear few to blame. Manderina did notice however that a significant subset of the participants in the catastrophically mismanaged operation had been Wasps. For Manderina, using the Wasps as scapegoats was natural strategic decision. She wasn't very fond of them anyway, no-one was. Wasps in Gartentor had taken in a distinct position is society. In terms of authority they were in the middle rung, not part of the top-most political elite, but also not part of the lower working class, but mainly occupying the executive offices in between, especially in law enforcement. Different that the other middle-rungers like the butterflies and mosquitos, they were a lot more numerous. Thus, the top-most rung was fiercely trying to block them from actually climbing the latter, in an attempt to secure their own faction's position. Wasps were therefore sandwiched in the middle, put down constantly by those above, and despised by the workers below they were tasked with policing.
Internationally, the Supreme Priestess, in the name of Gartentor, condemned the Insiga attack. Citing it as a rogue operation by Wasp extremists who couldn't wait in their aggressive delusion to established their desired grand Queendom. The one that Amberleaf had so violently slaughtered and taken away from them.

RP | Strike
Wasps had been having to take in a lot of punches recently. And to compensate for that, they had been dishing out some punches downwards. But the recent talks of the Supreme Priestess really had infuriated Second Commissar of Perks Veirindel de facto head of the informal angry Wasp community, and also head of civil law enforcement. Well, officially the First Commissar was in charge, a Mantis, but Veirindel forced her into a submissive position. If Manderina continued to slander the Wasp community internationally, they would have a hard time gaining international support and establishing their promised Queendom, even if the war against Amberleaf was won.
Veirindel firstly lead an operation on the local temple, under the reasoning of supposed spies, all an excuse to trash the place. Afterwards she called for a national strike of her kin. Wasps all across Gartentor stopped beating the lower rung, gathered together, and then out of boredom starten fights with each other for a change, as it should be. The hostile environment Wasps had been put in in this society, hated by all, had formed in them a very unhealthy and toxic state of being. To escape their disliked higherups, the Wasps had often taken over smaller towns, and practically formed small sovereign provinces, a thing the other lower faction lacked the power to do.
With large parts of the civil law enforcement on strike, it was a time of opportunity for many. It was again a time of potential power shifts, as hundreds of separate movements were started all across the Confederation, with the goal of gaining some kind of influence. Certain regions expanded their sovereignty, or took it away from their neighbors. The Mantis and Dragonflies did not at all like the current instability, as they were profiting most from the current system. It wouldn't be the first time for a major shift in power and organization, something they definitely wanted to avoid. They still remember their own coup they lead, and the guillotines they had let the last regime experience.
With the Taskmaster currently busy with leading the defense against the Amberlevian war machine, Manderina was next in line to take initiative to deal with the trouble. She messaged Veirindel to stop acting up and do her job, lest she be replaced. The Second Commissar of Perks called the Supreme Priestess a #*@&! male-eating #*@&!, and dared to drag her #*@&! abdomen to the negotiation table, and bring a bouquet as apology gift.
The sudden lack of authoritative order would allow the arrivals from 
Brennus to make an oppertunistic getaway, but not before spotting an official from 
Otyken who was just posing for a selfie with their newest delivery of explosives and chemical weaponry, which they planned on uploading to VisageBooklet.

RP | Bombin'
After the Insiga attacks, the Amberlevian military came out full load. A bombing campaign in the north, and a mechanized helicopter-assisted offensive in the south. Gartentor had long prepared for an attack. Through a combination of fey magic, druidic shenanigans, and religious sacrifice they had stacked the deck of fortune in their favor. It would prove very effective. The Gartentorian War-Druids were also at it again casting major fog over the battlefield, making any altercations hard to oversee, and mostly consist of chaotic and spontaneous close-combat.
The bombing campaign was mostly ineffective, lacking any good way to properly target effectively. Killing only an estimated 1'000 Gartentorian soldiers. The assault in the south wasn't much better, but a lot bloodier. Many helicopters were shot down by MANPADS, a weapon Amberleaf hadn't suspected Gartentor to possess, and the remaining offensive had major problems gaining ground in the overgrown Deepwoods in the thick fog.
After the offensive, Gartentor began significant mining operations in the south to make future Amberlevian attacks even more painful to perform, laying out 5'000 mines.
RP ~ Aquitinian Footrace Report - 2013 Eclipse Games Event
This event was an interesting one for sure. While there were a few pathetic runners, there were also many talented ones, and since they were all running at the same time they managed to engage the crowd. First to finish the race was Glen Harris, the runner from Nonadia, who certainly kept his nation proud of his already impressive native standing. Even if he had run slower, his height would have made it acceptable to the crowd, but having both was a very nice spectacle. Coming in second was Mel Perri of the Swiss, who only crossed the finish line moments before Malia Alaulu of Honalulu. Being just barely beaten, the competitor from the technate was forced to take the bronze instead of the silver. But it was still better than before, since it was the first medal an athlete from their state had won.
However, among all the athletes two of them did horribly. Worse than even untrained middle schoolers. No, they never even finished the race. The worse of the two, Martin Ariellaavila of Sodor, was waiting for the race to start as all the other athletes were. He was stressed, having trained for a while, and his heart was already racing. Suddenly, the louder than average starting gun went off, and he suffered a sudden heart attack. Tragically cpr, lampreys, and large amounts of drugs were not enough to save the man, with all of the electric eels having ironically been sent away from Jazira for the duration of the 2013 Eclipse Games due to safety concerns. Thus, Martin died, being the second competitor to perish. Many wonder if his death was as comical as that of the Sprite, but most agree that the sprite was a lot more predictable, and a bit more comical. Others were horrified by the events being referred to as funny, and cried until Gargoyles were forced to throw those who openly laughed in ages. Thus, the issue was resolved.
Tskałʻum wouldn’t do too much better, also failing to finish the race, but at least the Dze didn’t die. Instead, he just tore a muscle halfway through the race, collapsing to the ground in pain. He was quickly rushed off the field, but it was soon clear that he wasn’t in need of any special care. So he was then returned to the Dze group, so that they could take care of and monitor their own.

RP: The Mühllein Agreement of 1961
In the 10th anniversary following the Years of Fire; fractured and surrounded by variably hostile and hardly legitimate warlord states, the reeling Korrodian Union faced its greatest economic and political isolation since its founding. The resolve of the working councils weakened, the party having waned into a bureaucratic shadow of itself, and the looming prospect of another war had driven the Union to desperate negotiation with the enemy. By virtue of luck, the tide had mercifully turned in their favor.
The Lankirian State, having made a series of political blunders, found itself engulfed in its own sea of enemies. With harvests turning bad that year and industrial products in deficit--and with the Black Wolf Brigades too blooded to take matters into their own hands, civil unrest was unavoidable. To the chagrin of the National Liberation Party, the oligarchic syndicates sought an uneasy status quo with the Reinoch Federation. Having temporarily dampened the far-right rhetoric of the cabinet, they placated their southern neighbors with economic concessions. Establishing the General Industrial Association (GIA) and United South Banking Firm (USBF). Additionally, the Arrkaedian Kingdom was not left out of the question. As compensation for their lost Tsinkentrau region, they were to benefit from 23 percent of the steel mill output there, including accumulated investments. Thus the road for the Magnates on both sides were open.
Then to fully reaffirm stability within Lankiria, connections were to be procured from the landlocked heartland to the shores of Vaz Irezca. Negotiations at this stage were second-nature; the troublesome port city was eager to open its ever-hungry wallet to new markets, and within weeks the railways stretching from Rakongrad to Vólkerweil had been revitalized.
The final piece fell into place on the Korrodian side of the matter. Comprehending the dangerous alliance forming in their South, they opted to regulate tensions with Midribbonia. Settling the long running issue of ethnic enclaves along the border, the discussions were then closed with satisfactory trade agreements. And like magnetic poles are bound to obey the laws of magnetism, so too the flow of capital obeys the laws of the market. Now rose the question of resolving the painfully bottlenecked maritime routes around the Vaz Irezcan-Midribbonian trade. The same year, a joint Anareuvia-Hermanburg delegation was sent down to Vólkerweil in an attempt to discuss land access to the international port. The negotiation was cut whimsically short by the Lankirian diplomats, refusing to even listen to any notion of peaceful coexistence with the mortal enemy, with the Korrodian delegation expressing a similar mood.
This was however, not to be the end of the question. Three months later, the Hermanburg government once again appealed to the Lankirian State, with support this time from the Vaz Irezcan representatives. In the hopes of making the Nationalist government see reason, more convenient trade terms were put forward regarding rare earth metal exports. Such a material export was at heart a crucial issue for both Midribbonia and coincidentally--the Korrodian Union as well. The Lankirians sensed their advantage in the matter, and once again refused, waving away the revised treaty as ‘desperate measures on behalf of the Korrodian dogs’.
Eventually, the scandal had extended past the mere borders of the region, having caught the ire of the transnational syndicates of Vaz Irezca. With their profits at stake, they could no longer tolerate the stubborn arrogance of the Lankirians. This time a trio delegation was sent, one from the council of syndicates, accompanied by the Midribbonian and Vaz Irezcan diplomats. With additional pressure from the Reinoch, the Lankirian State was threatened with gradual economic sanctions, which would worsen over time. Fearing another recession, they loathingly agreed on the new terms.
The railways stretching from the North of Rybska-Włocłalona, all the way down to Klonsburg-Rakongrad and finally the port city, would be designated under the agreement. A one way trip from South to North, some 3285 km of rail, and affected by 3 border customs, meticulously checking the cargo before it reaches Korrodian soil. Additionally, Korrodia was obligated to 10-20 percent of the material goods as specified in separate decisions. Under the oversight of the third parties, with teeth clenched, one hand on pen, one hand on gun the treaty was signed by the archenemies near the Korrodian-Lankirian border, in the city of Mühllein.

RP | Otyken
The magically appearing fog around the island appearing in specific intervals, and the unexpected modern equipment of 
Gartentor had made many esperts in Amberleaf suspicious. But in the spectacle, scandal, and wave of emotion suffocating Amberleaf during the time had drowned out most rational thought and voices, and blocked Amberleaf from taking organized strategic action. But with investigation and planning finally having given breathing room, together with an official post on VisageBooklet by and official of Otyken, posing with a newly delivered batch of chemical weaponry, finally confirmed from where all the equipment of Gartentor had come from.
As soon as the news reached the Ministry, the navy was ordered to constantly monitor the waters around the Deepwoods, and show extreme hostility to any illegal vessels. For the future, all deliveries would have to cross paths with the Amberlevian navy.
Outrage. The Technate had previously been perceived as a problematic player, but the new revelations would move Otyken all the way to the top of Amberleaf's target list. Amberlevian Technocrats now fully condemned the Technate, yet still experienced massive loss in popularity for their previous association. Gartentor's Otyken-supplied attack was seen also as a direct offensive of Otyken against Amberlevian territory. The day after the reveal, Vilight Veilchen officially declared war on Otyken.
Amberleaf began increasing its cooperation with 
Naacal. Amberleaf would fund the region's buildup, and treat it like its own separate nation. It would offer to deliver arms and military vehicles, and train the local Populus, encouraging it to seek sovereignty from Otyken, and promising to support it as a self-dermined state. Amberleaf would provide a variety of explosives. Simultaneously Amberleaf would send part of its military on the island, with the goal to establish local bases.

RP | Change of War Tactics
Amberleaf had long underestimated Gartentor. It was thought it easy to steamroll the weaker wannabe-state. But with the delivery of modern weaponry, and the sheer impossibility to easily advance in the dense Deepwoods, realization came in that the war would not be a quick conflict, but likely a long war of attrition. Change of tactics was needed. Instead of strong mechanized advances, Amberleaf began setting up trenches. Being proficient in trench-warfare, and close-combat, the new strategy was to slowly grind down Gartentor.
Instead of sending in more soldiers into direct combat, Amberleaf would sending in scouting drones to map out the Gartentorian regions and build up a data set of strategic location, and kamikaze drones to terrorize the local forces. Furthermore was Amberleaf performing drilling operations. Large mechanical drills were to dig large tunnels beneath the surface. No-one could match Amberleaf in dark and claustrophobic underground warfare. Slowly the tunnels were to expand deeper into Gartentor, and give Amberleaf easy access to invade from beneath.
RP: Angry Farmers
The state of Otyken was surprised to recieve a declaration of war it had even reached the desk of the Continental Board and Director. Though they couldn't deny who had been sending the pesticides and weaponry that was out of the bag.
"The Technate and the State of Otyken has had no involvement in the conflict within Amberleaf and rejects this declaration of war as it is completely unfounded, the parties involved in trafficking farming supplies to Amberleaf have been discovered in an internal investigation and recieved a fine of 10,000 TEC each, they are members of a Paramilitary group that is not endorsed by the state of Otyken and act independently. They will be implored to use proper channels for exchanges with Gartentor."
Otykens recognizes the state of Gartentor and will continue legal trade with them INCLUDING farming equipment in their territorial waters, interdiction of legal trade will be classified as piracy. Though encase the state does something dumb the JCN changed its stance to monitor the situation.
Gartentor, an International Menace

Rykensvik had been denied an opportunity for a first hand investigation on the Gartentor issue by a threat of violence from the Amberlevian military. However, the interest in trying to pursue it again was rapidly diminished following the chemical weapons attack on Insignia. Rykensvik was thoroughly annoyed at Amberleaf for all the simple disagreements that went well beyond their necessary responses but now there was a distinct hatred for Gartentor. Communism be damned, Gartentor was now a menace that needed to be dealt with.
Rykensvik took a very strong interest in where Gartentor had gained that type of weaponry, largely because it took a lot of effort, money, and chemical refineries to produce, which meant that it was supplied from an outside source…
That was confirmed when a photo uploaded by a Technate delivery agent on a foreign social media showed the chemical weapon delivery. Rykensvik would issue a formal condemnation of the Technate (Otyken, 
Kemonomica) for enabling a genocide and would recognize the Technate as a destabilized terrorist state for not being able to control its para-militaries and permitting the manufacturing of chemical weapons.
Removing Kulkkish Influence
The blatant lie blurted out by this new “President-for-life” shredded every last ounce of empathy Rykensvik had for 
Kulkkistan. Rykensvik was willing to provide large amounts of support to swiftly end this terrorist threat but instead, this new regime seems to be more focused on blaming foreigners for its internal problems.
Rykensvik had gathered information on the Akhist faith including copies of their holy book. Verses in that holy book put the “President-for-life” as a pseudo deity to serve as the rule-making backbone for not just faith but the country as a whole. Rykensvik would release a copy of the Akhist holy book with footnotes explaining what each collection of entries/verses mean. The footnotes would go into detail explaining controversies encountered and the level of manipulation created by each entry, a deliberate but carefully crafted slander campaign.
After the publicity stunt, Rykensvik officially announces the termination of all diplomatic communications to Kulkkistan and all agreements made in previous years. The embassy would be officially closed, albeit was shut down just shortly after the terror attack. A total embargo would be put into place and would remain active until an apology is issued and the regime is changed to one more amicable to liberty.
Rykensvik will also from henceforth recognize Kulkkistan as a rogue state run by the Akhist fanatics, funded in disguise by the previous leadership, knowingly or unknowingly.
Rykensvik will also turn to the other nations that the new Kulkkish leadership was so quick to point the finger of blame at, to condemn and delegitimize the new Kulkkish leadership and acknowledge the state as rogue and a potential threat to their neighboring countries: Brennus, 
Allessia, Greater Confederation of Switzerland, 
Aquitinia, 
Baltocarpathia, 
Solingarch, 
Averius, and 
Anheldac.
The Midribbonian Agreements
With relations between Rykensvik and Kulkkistan rapidly deteriorating, Rykensvik did make another friend. Diplomatic talks with Midribbonian representatives proved fruitful and unveiled a new trade route and the establishment of a NAP and an embassy.
The Vikan Outfitter
Vikan soldier uniforms were largely outdated, using a camouflage scheme that made little sense (8-bit texturing) as well providing little in the way of survivability. New all-encompassing armor would be designed for the army and helldivers featuring a fully enclosed helmet and peripheral stretching visor, kevlar reinforced body suit with pockets for ceramic plating. New camouflage schemes would increase the gilisuit effect and replace the old 8-bit with a more fluid “real” texturing to decrease visibility amongst certain environments. The texturing focus would be placed on winterized, forested, grasslands, and sandy deserts.
The fully-enclosed helmet is designed in response to recent chemical warfare witnessed in the Gartentor Uprising. It features a long bar at the mouthpiece of the helmet which serves as the multi-purpose filter, filled with activated carbon and optionally, any scented herbs a soldier wants to smell instead of battlefield muck. This will minimize skin and respiratory exposure to any harmful chemicals on the field of battle.
RP: Nonsense Sensationalism
The farming equipment given to the Gartentor by the Paramilitaries are NOT chemical weapons and were purchased at hardware and farm supply stores for the purpose of enabling their economy according to our internal investigation and they have been fined. As mentioned in our previous communication to Amberleaf; the state of Otyken is not affiliated with and does not endorse these actions, we however recognize Gartentor as an official state. Just because the Paramilitaries on video look like citizens of the Technate does not warrant a condemnation, in future communications please check your facts before spazzing. Furthermore paramilitary forces do not have the capability to manufacture lethal chemical agents that would be considered WMDs and the state of Otyken manages a firm grip on preventing the acquisition of weapons such as these.
RP: Catchup or Breakdown
The 2000s had been the golden age of Xenoarcheology for Otyken, but the turn of the decade had been a slew of misfortune from the loss of the Egg Specimen and now their fully functional UFO, they had plenty of time to examine it, but so much of its machinations were totally unknown while it did lead to many innovations in aerospace it would take decades to apply many of the components and perhaps longer to make a copy of the vehicle at current progression rate. Technological bounds of the 90s and 00s that had become commonplace almost totally ceased coupled with the removal of the universal wealth and housing programs, though the teams associated with ETs didn't particularly care about that as they were highly paid and damn hard workers.
Society was changing this was clear, the tragedy that had happened in the Capital City was a perfect example of that and those that perished weren't ready for the drastic changes that had happened in the last three years. The group responsible increasingly had a hold on society and created some divisions in what was a concrete singularly focused society. Otyken will be increasing its presence in the proxy wars against Brennus and keep fanning the flames with planes to reclaim their lost treasures, solve the enigma conduit which is still in Brennian position and find out what the fate of that alien egg was, they did not know if they had figured out how to grow it or it may have died in the procedure. The Technate was in turmoil, but life goes on.
RP: What Cannot be Undone

The region was being slowly terraformed by the rift, creatures had poured out and began to live in the new area. The small town had become a place of unspeakable terror as Kill Teams and Yūrei Sentō-tai (Paranormal Taskforce) forces of the Senzo Isan set up a perimeter. Aircraft had been called in to bomb pockets of creatures with napalm and thousands of tons of payload had been released over the years including bunker buster munitions to collapse known tunnels. Those inside the town couldn't leave and lived in constant fear, occasionally huge sludge-like creatures would emerge from a drain and eviscerate them or flying creatures sting and rip them apart or any other manner of horror getting them. The area had strange alien plants with otherworld hues growing and many vines with iridescent sheen it also had large dusty motes or spores floating around and eventually a haze made the area have a gloomy and perpetual overcast the surface of just about everything had a layer of dull grey gritty ash. Three years of terror and violence with no end in sight it simply grew and became more dangerous, larger creatures, greater pack sizes, and more plant life; some of it was beautiful as it was sickening like glowing mushrooms and pulsating trees of otherworldly turquoise and maroon colours the silence of the alien forests broken by the occasional screeches, howls, and shrieks of monsters, the sporadic crack of gunfire, or the screams of terror from the unlucky.
Ruin Overtakes
Larger and larger kill teams had been assembled, many of the monsters were no match for modern day military equipment, but in some instances they had become large enough to destroy sizeable vehicles and had done so warranting an airstrike or artillery barrage it was a consistent warzone of quite the scale for being within Otyken.
The Radio Tower
The monolithic radio tower which pierces the heavens had previously become overgrown with the alien vines, but after years of dormancy it had come online again and broadcast eerie messages across a wide range of channels. The audio was recorded it appeared to be on a loop it consisted of long periods of crackling static, then incorrect or alien murmurings which went on for an extended time some portions sounded like their own language whoever was talking sounded to be in pain and deranged, this continued followed by more static and then otherworldly screams of agony, muffled cries, and the sound of ocean and machinery this portion was long and sometimes had pleading and other unsettling parts to it, the audio was put under intensive analysis, but conclusive results are pending as some of it seems to be in code. The radio towers lights would also flicker potentially spelling out a code which was recorded and in the process of being deciphered.
Fate
The region will continue to be overtaken by the Yinjian unless the portal is closed, but the Stargate team members always seem to die when asked to do literally any task and while new recruits have showed up and been trained in the program at a site bordering the quarentine zone none of them were ready to infiltrate the old building and close the gaping maw from which the creatures continue to pour out. The population of the town was dwindling from being torn apart and eaten, many had also killed themselves.

How they choose to utilize farming equipment is up to them, but Gartentor are victims of genocide and ages of suppression, they made the right choice. Amberleaf is without rhyme or reason whose only contribution to this world has been destruction the only thing they understand is violence.

RP: 2013 Is our Year!
The Naacal had been utterly surprised to get a surge of assistance again later into the 2013 year, they were totally unaware of the situation that was going on overseas as they live under a rock from their geographical remoteness and watching the news was not high on the priority list of someone new to the internet, encyclopedias were. At the beginning of the decade spears were the latest thing they had then soon they seen aircraft carriers show up and fighter jets, now they had some guns and vehicles of their own provided by Amberleaf and thus founded a Marine force because they are in an archipelago, some of the smaller islands didn't appear on the traditional map.

Tricky situation
Currently positioning any military forces here would not be accepted primarily because they had fears that Otyken would wipe them out for being trouble and corroborating with states that could make Otyken feel threatened, the base here was the staging ground for what had participated in the collapse of another nations government and they wouldn't last long if the base here decided to turn on them. They had some notable autonomy and were grateful for that, but they were still in the unfortunate position of being lodged in the Technate and foreign assets on the islands would look very bad if they accepted. They had a few pilots in training, but one had actually hit the hours required to become a pilot and on a monumental occasion the Naacali had launched a commercial airliners which flew to the mainland and back again and underwent inspections from the team of new aircraft mechanics. They had been practicing with some smaller aircraft that had skiis for landing in the water to get the nessecary skills for proper planes and could utilize the airport that had been built here by Otyken that was not military.

Otyken has not had an iron grip on the Naacal, before the war in Baltocarpathia it was unclaimed land that we laid official claim on so we had a stepping stone into Ardentia, we created nessecary perimeters and told them to not violate these, and have left the island aside from our Mega-Bases intact. The Naacali people are nothing like the Technate, so we did not assimilate them and left them to their own devices as they seemed to be living before we had showed up. The international community undoutably took interest in the antediluvian lost civilization as have we and made efforts to preserve, restore, and understand the people here. We afford them a high level of autonomy and plan to remain that way though we won't be relinquishing the islands as they are a strategic asset of unprecedented importance.

As Solingarch’s southern half of the country was embroiled in chaos and war. ADG began efforts to move money to the Absukian Clans who will end up putting it in the pockets of Far-Right Paramilitary men and women who were hardened and experienced fighters of the Otyken-Honalulu War and the decade of fighting against Honalulu and the Technate itself.
MG’s, RPG’s, and other equipment were given to them by the Clans and would come to aid Solingarch’s militarized police forces. Being less merciful than the police. Sparing no men, women, or children. The anger and frustration of their inability to defeat socialist ideals within their own nation against the people. Especially since it was foreign nations like Otyken who brought Honalulu into the Technate and turned it into a Technocratic Socialist Government.
Though higher ups within the paramilitary and the rebel forces used this crisis within Solingarch to help their means.
Honalulu’s Government would give their support to Solingarch in a formal press conference with State Owned Broadcasting Stations. Not wanting to risk diplomatic relations with one of the nations they have befriended.

The Continental Technate: Kemonomica, Otyken
Honalulu was slowly being embroiled in another crisis. As Otyken’s grip loses control and the other half of the Technate embroiled itself more in foreign wars and conflicts. Honalulu and its population become increasingly disillusioned with the Technate. Especially after hearing that Amberleaf declared war on Otyken and the government threw its support to Otyken in these times.
Absukians began preaching for a “Bring it all home’alulu” in which it preached that Honalulu must become more self reliant on itself and less on Otyken especially when it’s focus was moved towards other parts of the globe.
Far-Right Paramilitaries and Freedom Fighters who want to revert back to the days where Honalulu was a Federal Republic and not a puppet of the Technocratic Regime.
Though with the war in Solingarch arising, Honalulu found it more and more harder to fight against the rebels and their attacks becoming more and more daring.
It finally boiled down to an attack on the Marirna University of Physics where foreign students attended and Absukians who were pro-Technate. Where 66 Far-Right Terrorists breached through the fence of the school wearing suicide belts and carrying assault rifles. They took hostages and shot anyone who tried to flee.
When Officers and SWAT teams came the terrorists would demand a dismantling of the Technocratic Socialist Government of Honalulu, as well as the a separation from the Technate of Tengerina.
To those on the scene they scoffed at it, more than 1,100 students, professors, and faculty members were taken as hostage. There was a standoff between the two and multiple attempts to breach into the buildings holding the hostages. Though on Day 3 one of the terrorists detonated their explosives and blew out one of the walls, which caused massive chaos as hostages tried to escape, officers firing at the terrorists, and terrorists firing back. It was a bloodbath and the SWAT teams began sweeping into buildings regardless if hostages got killed in the process. Over 437 were killed excluding the terrorists and 800+ were injured. Thankfully no foreign students were harmed.
After this event there was an uproar against the Government against the censorship of the event as well as response of the police and counter-terrorist forces. So much so that Director of Honalulu Nalanie and much of her Cabinet resigned and were replaced with new faces and more younger faces who were more interested in opening the nation and its economy as well as giving more freedom. Though would have to fight with the Old Guard who were still in power. Though new Right-Wing and democratic politicians coming into the government would slowly dilute the power of the Old Guard. Lean Lani would assume Honulite Director and was more of a centrist than her other peers who were more Right in their leaning. Being the only politician to want to try and keep the Continental Technate while her other peers want to move out of it.

With the older government and Director of FA being supportive for a potential combined military support so as to ensure a genocide doesn’t happen.
The new Director within the FA cared less about what Amberleaf or Gartentor and remarked behind closed doors saying “Absukians couldn’t care less about what the bugs do to themselves, Absukians shall focus on them and their children’s welfare. If the bugs want to throw their children or themselves into a war with each then let them settle their own dispute if it isn’t of our concern” she says.
The Ministry of FA for Honalulu wouldn’t respond to the Condemnation as Honalulu has no interest in the conflict in Amberleaf.

With a new left/Moderate President in office, the government would reopen negotiations with Averius. Using the recent investigation and subsequent findings on the Lissandre agreements as well as the whole 99/1 atrocity in general as a way of justifying this new foreign policy shift. Significant updates were implemented in Rykensvik's international entertainment and communications infrastructure. A dozen rockets were equipped with satellites, strategically planned for high orbit deployment to extend lifespan and coverage. These advanced satellites replaced the aging ones from the mid 70s, which were plagued by frequent technical issues. Sequentially launched over a month, these satellites revolutionized global connectivity, providing internet, phone, radio, and television services to Rykensvik.
RP ~ Aquitinian Horse Race Report - 2013 Eclipse Games Event
Some would say that an event about horse racing is bound to be plagued by people who only horsed about, and didn’t horse properly. The haters said this would happen, but the event organizers didn’t listen. The haters were mostly right, because the majority of the racers were awful. They have advised the nations of all the runners who finished after Liridona to flog their runners, and to have any horse that finished after Moreiva’s horse turned to glue. Kheyvra herself narrowly escaped, hopping out of the arena, and going to play unicorn games by the seashore.
However, while few did well, one competitor did splendidly. Damien Gunner, a tall man from Nonadia is that competitor. He had a secret, besides his good looks and horse skills, that gave him the edge. He knew his horses needed precious medals. And so he delivered those precious medals to his horse. In fact, he did so well that he got an identical second gold medal, which he promptly fed to his horse. As all people know, precious medals are beloved by horses, and gold is no exception, so the horse was very pleased, and promised to race very well until it died.
As for the other two boring placers, Liridona of the Swiss Miss republic won silver, and therefore second, while Leilani of Honalulu won 3rd, and therefore another bronze for their state. But they didn’t feed their horses precious medals. Thus, not winning the gold (and therefore 1st) which Damien claimed was no surprise at all.

Things were heating up again overseas, our close ally 
Amberleaf had been fighting a protracted war for almost a year now against the fledgling state of Gartentor, nevertheless, the defense clause of the Phoenix Blossom treaty has been viewed by the strategic military command as being activated, and in a short but significant speach this morning, President Michael Hindenburg II declared war on Gartentor, promising 12,000 troops as well as supporting Air Force units to be deployed with an expected operational time frame of about two weeks. After which time a full offensive campaign will commence. Following this, available long range naval assets from the 2nd homeland fleet will be deployed to fight alongside the navy of Amberleaf
Brutal Warrior Entertainment Announces “Ember Wind Online”

Ember Wind Online is the newest game in Brutal Warrior’s long-standing career of role-playing games. Ember Wind Online is the 5th game in the series. It is set in the 5th era of the game’s storyline, where the Empire of Humanity, more commonly known as Huma, is on the verge of collapsing into competing warlord states. The player must save Huma from infighting if it is to resist and survive the warpath of a coalition of kin species. The game was set to launch as a Rykensvik exclusive but recent talks with the company’s CEO, Richter Slavik, have brought the discussion of a global release to the table and an announcement about a week after the launch of 12 new communication satellites.
Other titles in the Ember Wind series include:
Ember Wind Corrupted, Setting Stone, Starlight City, and Heart of Oak. All of these events take place in different time frames and with different casts and crews. Fundamentally, all the games have the same premise: save the world from impending doom. Heart of Oak tried to change the story, turning the main questline into a series of more minor quests, making the plot more of a “slice of life,” and stopping minor crimes. It had significant success in 2008 with its new-age graphics and character design features, which sometimes comically ended in the most bizarre and out-there facial designs.
Ember Wind Online was projected to have a hundred million players on launch night. However, with Richter’s announcement, the game could see upwards of 200-300 million with the invitation to the global community. The game is set to launch on “Liberty Day” elsewhere, being November 12th, 2013. As of right now, the game is downloadable at a whopping size of 62 GB, but the launching executable file will not be available until November 12th.
Black Wolf Announces “Lancer Project”

'Lancer Project' is a futuristic 3rd person shooter that delves into the conflicts of various space-faring empires. The first installment of the series, as Black Wolf proudly proclaims, 'Lancer Project' introduces a fresh perspective and a novel cover system to enhance gameplay diversity. The game revolves around a team of characters battling across conquered worlds to restore Humanity’s honor under the United Earth Space Fleet (UESF). However, in the struggle to reclaim the planet 'Sierra' from a technologically superior adversary, a new menace emerges, tainted by an enigmatic fungus.
The game is set to have a 12-hour campaign and be 4-person co-op compatible. The co-op mode will support LAN and internet parties as the game is set to launch on Ridgewell’s ReCast, a Vikan gaming console, on Liberty Day, November 12th, 2013, and on PC on Yuletide, December 25th, 2013.
Oswald Animation Studios Unveils New Animated TV Show
Oswald, the leading animation studio in Rykensvik (think Dreamworks if made by vikings), announced “Sagas of Olde”. Sagas of Olde is a TV show of hour-long episodic adventures going into detail about the gods and deities of the “old ways” before Rykensvik became its modern self. Rated for a teen and young-adult audience, the studio aims to teach morals in complex scenarios, to lessen the “black and white” interpretation of good and evil and focus on the gray zones of misguidance, misunderstandings gone awry, the realities of greed and pride and the path to redemption as it is relevant to real life.
This comes in stark contrast to many of its more lighthearted shows and movies of its earlier years. However, since 1995, the studio has begun to focus more on the grayscale of dilemmas and morality, often choosing the lesser of two evils and leaving the audience questioning themselves. The studio has also been more willing as of late to venture into the realm of blood-free violence, especially after the smashing success of “Basaran: The Lost Empire”, and “Behemoth A.K.”

RP ~ Aquitinian Chariot Race Report - 2013 Eclipse Games Event
Glorious victory for Messala! He has brought honor to Aquitinia, and won the most glorious of games, winning the ivory (gold equivalent) medal, and first place in the chariot race. Of course, he was already a famous chariot racer, with plenty of women, wealth, and fame internally, but now he has proven that he can outrace the smelly foreigners too. This meant even more appeal internally, and so his fame would only further sore, and the boons that came along with it.
Of course, three of the other racers also did decently. Moreiva of Seibalath came in second, and was by far the closest of the racers to come in after Messala, and was the only one who could have maybe passed him. Andebert and Bricius did all right, not amazing, but decently well. Everyone else was mediocre. However, Chariot racing is a difficult and dangerous sport, and so the fact that none of them died, especially after two other people had already died in this game, was already good. Not only that, but no one was seriously injured.

RP: Minister of Defense plans to fully upgrade the Air Force

Minister of Defense, Petru Roman, has stated that "The Dacian Airforce will be fully modernized by 2014. We will retire the old MiG-23's and sell them to other states. We have planed to replace the MiG-23's with the MiG-29." says Mr. Roman.
The Council of Proto Dacia, has passed a bill, to increase military spending, and to Modernize the entire Armed Forces, starting with the airforce.
In other news, Violence strikes the port town of Somes, as a crazed gunman, claiming to be part of the "Socialist Liberation Brigades" has killed 4 Police officers. The shoot-out lasted 20 minutes, before a Sniper killed the gunman. The Gunman was reported to be 24 year-old Mihai Antonescu. Antonescu did not have any criminal records, and authorities are not sure about him being part of the SLB, an organization which may not even exist. The authorities however have started an investigation, to see more about these so called Brigades.

Seeing the troubles in Dacia, Baltocarpathia would offer to sell some equipment in order to both supply Dacia and to raise extra money for the war effort in Amberleaf
