The United Socialist States of Russian Brotherhood is a large, safe nation, notable for its ubiquitous missile silos, state-planned economy, and frequent executions. The compassionate, cynical, devout population of 72 million Russians are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

The enormous, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Defense. The average income tax rate is 70.1%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The sizeable but sluggish Russian economy, worth 1.95 trillion Rubleses a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector is led by the Uranium Mining industry, with major contributions from Tourism, Book Publishing, and Trout Farming. Average income is 27,150 Rubleses, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

The environment is gorgeous so long as you're looking up, the Rubles is worth its weight in gold, physics lessons mostly involve talking about emotional management techniques, and the government is a proud sponsor of the National Gaming Association. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Russian Brotherhood's national animal is the Russian Bear, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Russian Brotherhood is ranked 85,412th in the world and 2,000th in The North Pacific for Most Patriotic, with 16.81 flags saluted per person per day.
