That dispatch is by a very new nation, much younger than yours in fact—I don’t know for certain if the treaty is canon or applies to SR, especially since SR isn’t mentioned once in it. As I said before, the general SR rules are what’s more important, not the resolution of the war, because the SR rules can restrict what happened in said war and make it not canon, which I am pretty sure they did.

Anyway, this is all so mundane and a waste of time. It shouldn’t be my job to settle this nonsense.

Again, Rising Sakura is extraordinary new as well, not just RP-wise but NS-wise. How do we know that treaty is even canon unless I go personally check if they’re in SR, which I don’t want to do. But if nobody else is bothering to do it then I guess I have to do everything even though I’m not a mod, not a minister, don’t do RP anymore, and am not even on SR anymore because I couldn’t be bothered.

Rising Sakura is in-fact, part of SR, if-not, the war would be impossible, and other RPs attributed to it would be null/voided.
