The Pink are the support type. Medical personnel and Vehicle crew fall under this type.
Red are the combat type. They're not the bravest, they tend to panic easily if things don't go with the way they're told it will.
Blue are the Officer type. Ship officers, Combat Officers, they're all covered by this type. They control the Pink and Red Type. They lead by example, inspiring loyalty and bravery in their subordinates. That's not to say they won't panic themselves when things get a bit too much for them to deal with.

Why do the red and blue types remind me of Elites and Grunts from Halo? Just kill the Elite, then the Grunts will panic
