Current Parliament (Pre 2024 Elections):
Middle of Everywhere is a unicameral parliamentary republic, consisting of only one house, The Main House. Currently The Greens hold 11 seats, The CPP holds 8 seats, The NHP holds 5 seats, The FEP also holds 5 seats and The Labor Party 3 seats.
Parties:
Middle of Everywhere Greens: Led by Annabelle Lowin the Green's goal is to save the planet, they have proposed new public transport, 100% renewable energy and EV rebates.
Country People Party: Led by Natasha Prichard the CPP is for the landowners and farmers of the region, they have proposed lowering the land tax rate, upgrading roads and adding new infrastructure in small towns.
New Horizons Party: Led by Rider Cartwright the NHP is focused on growing the country, they have proposed housing rebates, new highways and construction of a second airport.
For Everywhere Party: Led by Seth Gyles the FEP would like to lower taxes and slow growth, they have proposed lowering taxes, halving GST to 5% and capping rent.
Middle of Everywhere Labor Party: Led by Madison Heffron the Labor Party would like to improve infrastructure, they have proposed road upgrades, two new stadiums, new EV charging infrastructure and EV rebates.
