At this rate, we won't be able to tell people anything or teach them anything because it'll be "oppressive" to their Free-Form Thoughts.

But you’re not teaching them facts, you’re teaching them why your beliefs are superior to their’s.

Is that not what belief is? In my eyes, Christianity is Fact; in the eyes of a Jew, Judaism is fact; in the eyes of an Atheist, God not existing is Fact.

Religion is not fact. It’s a completely random guess of how things happen.

Not exactly how atheism works, there's different forms of it and even a form that takes on an even more religious approach to not believing in deities than religion does.

Religions are facts, gods however are not, imo.

To say such is to argue with the majority of all humans who have ever lived and most likely will ever live. If you see it as such, you may see it as such. But in my eyes, and the eyes of my citizens, it is fact.

I don't care if someone believes in a religion or not: if that makes them happy, and makes them a better person, I am alright with it. I just really hope that they choose to accept science as well. Though in my opinion, science is science, you can choose not to accept it all you want, but that doesn't make it wrong. Anyway, I guess I am secular, I don't know if you'd consider me an atheist, I guess you could for now.

I'm only 16, dude.

Science is a pinnacle of human intellect and I say this as a religious person. Heck my religion seriously forbids people from trying to convince or convert them, because that is the poison of most religions.

Just so you know, I’m not trying to attack your religion; believe what you want; just don’t force others to do the same.

However, religious beliefs are not supported by any fact whatsoever, they’re merely guesses and interpretations. And really, the fact that so many people have different interpretations of a higher power only supports the fact that these are merely guesses. If a certain religion was fact, the overwhelming majority of people would follow the exact same religion.

That is because a lot of people seem to be unwilling to know how diplomacy works. (Or militair realism but that's a different concern)

Well, most people on NS are introverts, so they probably won’t gain any real-world power. :P

A year ago a friend and I made up a country about Pineapples, where humans are second class citizens and the pineapples are the first class citizens of the country. And the humans take care of them, cater to them, etc.

Pff that's no secret: I'm a Shintoist. Where Shinto used to be a state religion of old it is now fairly dormant but still the main religion in Japan, that is because most of the teaching of Shinto are incorporated in the culture itself.
