At times I regret my efforts to learn more about United States politics, because knowing more means I care more, which, if recent events haven't indicated so to you, is not a great state to be in at the moment. I do think my rage mostly comes from hypocrisy (one of my least favourite things) of certain political factions and the disregard for and politicisation surrounding the death of (I cannot stress this enough) one of the premier feminist icon of the modern age, arguably one of the greatest Western feminists ever.
