Constitution of South Afrika [THIRD DRAFT]

We the united people of South Afrika, put forth boldly our sovereign rights within this sacred document. All South Afrikans are united under the banner of the right and shall be given their rights regardless of color, religion, nationality, ethnicity, or sexuality. May the road of peace be built, may God teach us to love, and may this document serve us.

ARTICLE I

Section 1
Every single South Afrikan, regardless of color or ethnicity shall be treated like a South Afrikan citizen. all undocumented immigrants shall be greeted with open arms and given our rights.
Section 2
All natives within the borders of South Africa shall be treated with only the utmost respect and dignity. None shall encroach or disrespect the customs and ways of these native people and they shall be respected by all.
Section 3
Racism and discrimination are banned, and hatred toward anyone for their skin and ethnicity will be met with both social outcasting and harsh legal punishment. Any support expressed for the apartheid regime of old shall be treated harshly.
Section 4
Hate towards immigrants, undocumented or not, will be met with a fine and any party that runs in an election with an anti-immigration stance shall be barred from running.
Section 5
All citizens will have a right to self-expression, they will be able to wear what they want, do what they want, eat and drink what they want, practice any religion they want, buy whatever they want, and go wherever they want if it does not harm anyone or break the law.
Section 6
Discrimination against someone based on sexuality shall be banned and met with jail time.
Section 7
Women shall be allowed to run for governmental office and they will be granted the right for vote. as of resolution 48 of 2024

ARTICLE II

Section 1
The Government of South Afrika shall be allowed to track and monitor citizen's activity online in the name of crime prevention
Section 2
Freedom of speech is guaranteed, although freedom after speech and anonymity are not
Section 3
All members of Government must be voted in, no one shall have absolute power lest the military get involved
Section 4
Religion and state shall not be kept separate
Section 5
Members of the Government found guilty of corruption shall be executed via firing squad
Section 6
Any person shall run for office in government (unless previously mentioned)
Section 7
All political parties shall not be allowed to infringe upon the rights mentioned in Article I
Section 8
All declarations of War that are proposed by the Ministry of War shall go through the process of national vote by the people

ARTICLE III

Section 1
All military branches and divisions will be under the command of the Ministry of War
Section 2
Only the Ministry of War shall be allowed to propose declarations of War
Section 3
Declarations of War will not be needed if the Union is merely defending itself from outside threats.

ARTICLE III

Section 1
All states of the Union shall have a certain level of autonomy and shall be bestowed the title of a "South Afrikan Republic". The South Afrikan Federative Social Republic shall be bestowed the honor of the most governmental power of the Union
Section 2
The Nambibian South Afrikan Republic shall be admitted into the Union, as of September 1919.
Section 3
The Botswanan South Afrikan Republic shall be admitted into the Union, as of September 1919.
Section 4
The Lesothoan and Swazi South Afrikan Kingdom States shall be admitted into the Union, as of August 1921 and shall break off from the South Afrikan FSR. They shall have Kings as their standing government but shall adhere to the state and national constitution and shall have a Prime Minister.
Section 5
The Zimbabwe-Rhodesian South Afrikan Republic shall be admitted into the Union, as of July 1965.

Well.... Idk i don't think you should be combining religions like that.

These are Sunni Muslim beliefs.

Muslims believe that Jesus is a prophet and he was ascended to heaven and the traitor's (Yudas Iskariot) face was similarized to Jesus' face. Some of us believed he wasn't a traitor but someone who sacrificed himself for Jesus (long story). Back to the topic, Jesus will return in the End Days to kill the Antichrist (Dajjal) and destroy all Crosses, it is also believed that most Christians will convert to islam after seeing the truth about Jesus. and the world will be led by Imam Mahdi.

Wouldn't really mind a Zoroastrian Persia. As Iran is converted to Shi'ism by the Safawids in the 16th century. Shi'ism according to Sunnis, they aren't muslims, since they either worship Ali, or believed he was a prophet, etc. And sometimes they even do takfir (saying people are a disbeliever without proper knowledge or justification or reason, that's why sunnis say shi'ites are disbelievers, they have reasons) to the companions of prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This does not apply for more moderate Shi'ism who only believes that Ali was better and more deserving than the other companions of the prophet. So a Zoroastrian Persia wouldn't matter much as the transition is from a non-islam state to a non-islam state. Zoroastrian Persia may support Israelis which is a loss of power for the muslim world, especially Hezbollah (which is already Shi'a) militia. (But outside Israel-Palestine conflict the Sunni world and the Shi'a world really just quarrel all the time).

This schism has gone nuts fr like the two of these can't live side by side (at least their governments) at good relations for 0,00005 seconds, heck even when i say i like Iranian CULTURE AND SONGS i was almost called "Shi'a sympathizer", and the people are mostly paranoid to each other, Indonesian Sunnis (the people i grew up with) are less paranoid to Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, and Confucianists than to Shi'ites.
