Me speaking as Chair: You can always introduce amendment A during the debating periode which will be voted on at the end.

I believe it is important to keep one chamber smaller than the other. 9 and 11 are too close to each other and we may not even have enough people that would want to participate in the government

Senators,

Congressional Leadership is asking all representatives to assemble in the The House of Commons in order to meet with in a Joint Session of Congress to debate and vote on the proposed Third Constitution.

Speaker Fishergate will chair the Joint Session, when he opens the meeting Senators shall be allowed to participate fully on the House RMB. Voting will however be counted in accordance with the Constitution. A two third majority has to be reached in both chambers separate from each other.

I invite you all to move on the House, the voting and debate will be on the record of the Senate, and will also be official Senate decisions.
