What is the point of a 10k DV minimum though Seanat
I want to reward members with a considerable amount of legendaries regardless of how many people join, which is much harder to maintain when everyone can join.
It also shows to me that the person in question is to some degree dedicated to cards, which is my reason for wanting to reward people in the first place.
(and it gives newer players a goal that's not too hard, but not too quick to reach, I hope to see the cards community thrive)
